Rattlesnake is my go to for all plumbing needs. Moved into a house that needed the entire sewer line changed and the guys at Rattlesnake took care of it quickly. On the same day I asked if they could changed out my kitchen sink for me because I bought an upgrade. They were happy to do it even though thats not why they were there. More recently I contacted Rattlesnake for a leak and they came out almost immediately and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Overall, respectable company and I would definitely recommend.Review from Emily T

We've used Rattlesnake Drain many times and have also recommended to countless friends and clients. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They have camera-ed ***** lines for as, cleared ***** line and do plumbing work in general (repairs, replaces, etc). Highly recommend Rattlesnake for your plumbing service needs.Review from Emilio R

I called Rattlesnake Drain after hours because my shower faucet would not stop running. They came out immediately and fixed the issue even though it was late. I then called them 2 weeks later because my waterheater was leaking bad in my laundry room. They were able to get me a new water heater installed by the next day. I highly recommend them. They were very honest and professional and I will continue to use them in the future.Review from SA A

I contracted Rattlesnake to fix leak in shower/tub. When they got their he told me it was an old faucet and for what he was going to charge me I might as well get a new one. I agreed to this , but than he stated that fixing were old and he would have to go thru the back which meant he had to tear down Sheetrock to get to it. I agreed and stated I wanted the polished brass. He knocked down wall and changed to an older model of what I had. He also made a square hole where the round hole was and made it bigger. He called for payment and I asked for pictures. I called to tell him that was not what I had asked for(old model faucets) He said he had messed up and made the square hole bigger and I was stuck with it!! I said I was not happy with workmanship and needed him to replace my tub/ shower. He tried to convince me to change my whole bathroom to tile and he would than change for another fee. I said I would not do that and he said it was my problem and for me to try and figure it out myself or call someone else!! Dont hire these crooks with bad workmanship!!!

To start off I was not paid for this job and I have $300 dollars in parts in the job . This job is a tenant situation and was rescheduled 3-4 times . I told customer several times what was going to happen and she agreed to the work , she decided to not show up or follow up just wanted the work done . She then replied that thats not what she wanted after the work was done and pictures were sent but I explained the best I could over the phone before stating the work . The tenants were desperate for a hot shower so I did the best I could with the little communication I had with the landlord. In most cases when someone's wants something specific done to there home people tend to find a way to be more involved, I did not receive any pictures or any type of information on what she wanted. I did the work then she refused to get back to me or pay the invoice. There is not one text stating that she was not ok with the work or materials being used before starting . I run my business very specific and always make sure my customers are happy but I could not please her. The new parts are installed and I am still not paid who is the real ***** here ?Review from Louise B

We had a major back-up sewer problem and called Rattlesnake. We had used them before and were pleased with their service. They responded promptly and tried to clear the clog. It turned out that it was more than just snaking pipes. They found a broken pipe and clogging tree roots. They explained what was needed to take care of the problem and even installed 2 clean-out pipes to make any future needs, if necessary, easier to take care of. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and with the crew who came. We would recommend them to anyone.
