ePartsFast.com: Terrible. DO NOT do business with these people. They are either a scam or border-line scam. Ordered a blower fan motor for my refrigerator. They sent me solenoid valves for a dishwasher. I emailed them, they say ship back but subject to 25% re-stocking fee. What!? They also will not (and did not) pay return shipping. SO, I waited and waited, about 10 days, and no refund. So I put in a complaint to my credit card company. A couple of days later, I received $39.95 back from eparts. But the cost of the part was $56.95 plus return shipping which was $10 to total $66.95 I'm out minus the $39.95. I'm still out $27! For a a part I ordered which they sent the wrong part and expected me to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee! I emailed them several times to complain and one time after three emails, they said I would NOT be charged the restocking fee. This turned out to be a bare-faced lie. My credit card company (Wells Fargo) saw they only paid me back a partial amount and as courtesy, credited me back $17.00 to total the $56.95 for the original part. I do appreciate that from Wells Fargo. But as you can see, I am still out $10 for return shipping. As you can see from the rest of the complaints here on BBB, stay away from eparts unless you want to give them your money then by all means.....

One star comes from delivery. So really it's fed x who gets thanks for that..should read complaints before paid over $95 on stove igniter. Part is way to short to make it to my plug in connection. 3 times sent form over for return of part..no response in 3 days...ghosting me.not going away anytime soon..next call is credit card company. Hoping they can reverse Trans action...awful company. Awful service. Very unhappy customer.

Order ******, false advertisement, company sent wrong part and avoided contact to resolve issue. This company DOES NOT CARE and has weak response to solve customer issues. Shady business practices bait and switch part looked like used or second not OEM as advertised!!!!!

Purchased an item from here, Paid $19.95 for expedited 1-3 business days delivery. That was exactly 1 week ago. Still haven't got my item. Tracking says it will be delivered in two more days.That's 6 business days. No refund, no responsibility taken. Never again will I ever purchase anything from here! If I cold give NO stars, I would!

I ordered a pump and belt kit ******** from eparts fast for my Maytag SAV515DEWW washing machine. The parts arrived as expected. The pump was correct but the belt was too long/incorrect. I had the whole motor pump assembly removed when I discovered eparts fast error. I found a new belt locally that fit so I could reassemble the machine. Eparts fast does not have customer service phone. Everything is email. I requested credit for the incorrect belt. Eparts fast emailed I could return the entire kit at my expense for credit which is not possible since I installed the pump. This was my first and last transaction with eparts fast.

Dont buy from epartsfast.com Ordered a replacement heating unit for dryer, paid an extra $20 for 3-day shipping. Utilized their tracking on provided e-mail, slated for 2 weeks. Forced to make alternative plans based off this timeline. When brought this to their attention, they indicated could return, but I would need to pay return shipping. Not happy.

Do not buy from this site. It is a scam. Dryer replacement parts didnt even last 2 months. No returns. No contact number. Complete scam.

WOW, should have read the reviews. I could have purchased cheaper on Amazon with a guaranteed arrival date . Picked this company because they are supposed to be a veteran owned company with ******** morals. Paid an extra 30% for 3-5 day shipping eleven days later no product . they need to remove VETERAN OWNED from there site what an embarrassment to the rest of the veterans
