    A countertop for the kitchen and bathroom was purchased and an installer recommended by the seller (Windows Depot). After the installation was completed several areas of improper caulking were noticed where the counter tops meets the rear of the wall. There are area where there is no caulking and water or any liquid can actually run down the wall behind the countertop and potentially damage/destroy items stored below the countertop. Multiple attempts have been made to the the Windows Depot installer as well as to Windows Depot themselves, with promises being made to either have the Windows Depot installer contact me or even to have Windows Depot personnel return my calls. This has been going on for over 10 (ten) months without any resolution.

    On 1/7/2022 we ordered a total of 9 windows from Window Depot, located on 6th Ave in Tucson, AZ. The windows were delivered to our house on 4/13/2022. We refused delivery of one window due to damage. We understood that we would have a wait to receive a replacement window. We have called weekly, stopped by the business several times, been promised many call backs with none received, told several stories on when the window would - either be replaced or the original window repaired and delivered. However, it is now 9/28/2022 and I have no window and no idea when the window will be coming. We paid over $900 for the window. We need the window.

    Thank you for submitting the complaint and making us aware of the issue you are having with one of our stores.  At this time the replacement window is on order and we are working to see if that can be expedited. We will have the local stay stay in communication with updates directly with the customer. We apologize for the experience you have had and our lack of execution on this order when there was a issue.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18141485, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I spent over 70,000.00 on a custom home, bought all the windows, exterior and interior doors and bathroom vanity cabinets. Ordered them back in July 2021, we got the run around for almost 6 months, finally got everything in, lots of damaged windows and doors, they kept saying to just install them, and they would come out and replace the damaged windows right away. Its now the middle of June 2022 and I get a text once a month saying they are working on it, only after I reach out to them.

    The Store Manager ******* ****** has been in contact with the customer to resolve the issues.  We will have service performed on all the defects and issues.  Once the services are done we will discuss with customer of next steps and satisfaction.

    On may 25 I went to window depot to get my money back for a door I purchased but never received. They send me a used door in bad shape . They wanted me to accept it . Telling me I could pay someone to fix it like new . I told them I paid for a new door and that’s what I want. They acted conical told me I have to wait. I bought the door on May 12 2022 . I went to get my money back on may 25 2022 . They told me they have no money . I have to sign a request a check refund . I have been waiting almost a month. They kept my money $757.78 . I have bought over $5000 dollars on windows and doors with them just in may 2022 and this is the way they behave . I feel they don’t want to give me back my money . Just because I m an elderly woman they think they can take advantage

    ******* the Store Manager has spoken to the customer as of 6/8/22 confirming customer has received a refund check from Solar Industries Inc which is our corporate name.  There was naming confusing because of that but customer has been taken care of.
