They have questionable business practices! They purchased my disabled vehicle May 2, 2023 with notarized title. This is the only way they would purchase it. They have no idea what a legal title looks like or what a notarized title establishes for them. I dont know what their scam is but 1st its an Arizona title. We are in AZ easy right. Asked the *** for goodness sake. 2nd. Notarized means correct right?3rd They wanted us to alter which in the least not acceptable because of notarized signature!4th they wanted us to print out a copy of signed document add another signature my husbands send it to them. By the time I understood No I dont think thats legal. 5th why didnt they verify that a title for two people when between the names is or not and either can sign 2 signatures not required. I verified that through *** why didnt they. Better yet why didnt they know?They turned us in no me in as I abandoned my car. My bill of sale is the exchange of title for payment. Tells Arizona I sold our car. I will take this to court and *** my bank as thats where my notary is and anyone else that will take this on. We were here when *** sent notice because OUR CAR WAS BROKEN! Not the 5 hour trip home. We didnt even know they planned or had sent notice. Copart knew how to reach us so we could have checked in. Guess why they didnt tell us ************* is either filled with people who do not know their jobs or? Id go with or Hope they didnt destroy our title because we have copy and a notary who signed the paper. We will take this up legally unlike them. Only a suggestion do not do business with them. Even when you do this correctly they have made us out to be some kind of I dont know what would it prove except they got money back for the tow etc. We paid 500$ for doing everything legally. To the business we checked with AZ *** and we are correct. Or means either party signs. Both do not have to. You didnt show them the title but we will. Destroyed??

I was forced to deal with company after a car accident. Nothing gets done unless I prompt my insurance to reach out. They take unreasonably long to get anything done. They're dishonest in reporting when cars are picked up. They chewed up my license plate and didn't return the cover. Apparently, there is a monopoly on this kind of service in **. Going off of past reviews, this company has been forcing people to engage in their poor practices with no intention in changing.
