    I purchased Load Training's Home Study Freight Brokering for $799 after confirming with **** that there will be guaranteed agent placement after completion. No experience Agency Placement is also stated on the company's website. After successfully completing the course and receiving my Certificate I contacted the company and informed **** that I was ready for placement. He promptly gave me *****'s number, stating that he was the person responsible for placement. I tried contacting ***** numerous times and even spoke to him once when he stated that he was busy and will return my call, which never happened. I spent another week trying to contact ***** with no success so I contacted **** again after which he left a voicemail on my phone stating that he is not responsible for agent placement and does not know why ***** is not returning my call.As such, I would like a refund...I spent months studying and completing a course of which I am still not able to get employment.

Although, I do not know why it fell through the cracks, you should have received better communication, as this is not the norm here. You are correct; after you complete the course we do offer agent placement opportunities to our students and still do. We would love to help you and attempt to make this situation right for you.     As mentioned in the previous response, we are genuinely sorry for however this happened.  Although,  we have attempted to contact you and left a message asking you to return our call (as recent as yesterday) in an attempt to make whatever happened in this unique situation right for you. That is our priority.  Although, you have not called back to allow us to do so, instead you only provided an additional response on here.  As much as we want to help we can not do so without your communication. 

    Please know this is not a trust issue at all as you can see by our 40 year reputation and the thousands of pleased students.  With our deepest apologies, there is no excuse and we understand your frustration.
