Delivered the tabletop unfinished, worked at our house in it for 5 hours on a Saturday and still didn't finish and promised to come back to finish it AGAIN! AGAIN he is ghosting me. Table legs were custom bought and paid to be powder coated and when returned they were just spray painted with runs in it. And just so many other problems. Most of all product quality and lack of communication . So much money spent and product lacks completion and is poor quality. Just disappointed with it overall. Coming up in two years now...

I paid over $7000 for a job that is not complete. Too many issues to list here but they are thieves. I have tried to contact them too many times to count and they have promised delivery and set up dates that they don't show for. Now they are ghosting me! Horrible quality of work and horrible communication.

We contacted **** with Rustic Ops in February 2022 to refurbish an old redwood coffee table that has been in our family for over 50 years. In speaking with him when he picked it up from our house, we learned he was a veteran as well as my husband and this was his business. He said he did live edge fireplace mantles, so we ordered one from him as well along with a small slab for an end table. We gave him a $1,500 cash deposit through Zelle (****** ************** He said he would get our estimate to us asap and that he usually charges more in the deposit than what is owed at the end. We never received an estimate until February 23, 2023. All kinds of excuses from **** when we would contact him. He was sick, he had a family member that was sick and had to go home for a while. Then there was a warehouse fire. We contacted him well over 32 times via email, text, and phone. The last thing we heard from him through his business partner *************************, was that he moved back home to help his family. While we had been understanding with all the circumstances, we still don't have the items we ordered and put a deposit on. I even asked for our personal table back along with our deposit, and still nothing. At one point on 2/24/23, our items were going to be partially delivered, minus our coffee table. That never happened. Now we have been ghosted with no responses. We would love to receive all our items and pay the remainder of the estimate #**** for $1,000.00

I am rejecting this response because:

Although it shows a partial delivery date on the invoice of Feb 24, 2023, nothing was delivered to us.  We agreed upon a delivery of all items in order for them to be paid the remaining $1,000.00 and said items need to be in satisfactory condition. Never did we ever think this would go on as long as it has.  There has been no communication in this process.  I have to hound them just to send pictures.  The last picture they sent of our heirloom coffee table, it was in terrible condition as they dipped the whole thing in epoxy resin, which we specifically asked for only the top to be coated in resin.  ****** is in the process of trying to remove it to our satisfaction, but we do not have any idea what condition it is in now as the only picture we received was 6/29/23.  I have reached out twice since then with no response.

    Sincerely,

    ******* & ****************
