            i have no idea who this person is.  you need to provide your account number and make sure you are filling a complaint against the right company.  Looks like they just picked the first company that showed up on Google.

            I have received a letter in the mail of a charge of a towing and storage to a vehicle I no longer own on July 10th. The vehicle was sold back in March 2024. The release of liability has been filed and confirmed later that it is no longer under my name. This company has been scamming others such as myself. Its concerning that this company has my information. I wish to be left alone or I will be filing charges, and taking them to court for harassment and exploitation. They are using another unethical company, ****** Towing LLC. These charges are well over 3k. Not sure if this can be resolved, I have read they have been reported multiple times and nothing has been done about this company.

            This company is attempting to collect money from me for a debt I do not owe. They are claiming that I am responsible for a vehicle I do not owe and have proof of releasing liability. They are threatening to take me to court and have sent the collection to my credit and it is now being reflected in my credit report. I have proof of the release of liability along with DMV proof that the vehicle was sold. The total debt they claim I owe is $2961.75.

            this consumer is barking up the wrong tree.  i don't think he has an idea who he filed a complaint for.  We do no represent Progreive insurance.  So he needs to provide an account number with my company or additional information

            as i have no idea who he is or what he is referring to
