Horrible company!!!!! Rude and awful customer service. Tried to add a shipping protection fee to my order and I caught it and it took me 3 emails to get a response. They were super rude.Review from Dorian S

Worst experience ever! Attempted to Place an order online via my cell phone and the order was canceled at first because they said my billing address did not match my shipping address. Which i was aware of because thats how i purposefully set it up to be. So i chatted with someone using the online chat feature and long story short they tried to tell me to have my bank update my billing address. Well whats the purpose of having a option to set a different shipping address if they arent going to fulfill the order as made. I tried to make the the purchase again when i got home from my computer and it went through but was flagged as fraudulent. The reached out via email not to verify my identity but only to tell me they werent going to ship it unless it was going to the billing address. This is a huge in inconvenience to me since it was my parents address. I finally gave in and approved them to ship it to my billing just for them to email me the next day saying that the product was missing pieces to it and if i would i like another one. Well obviously if i ordered it then they should of been a no brainier! I attempted to call then a few times and no one ever answers the phone. I ended up getting a refund. Horrible customer service and will not be ordering from them again.Review from Emily C

The item I ordered (a hookah hose) was broken upon delivery. I was told by customer service there was "no way" that it was delivered like this, and then was ghosted for 3 weeks. Horribly unprofessional customer service.Review from Michtta J

This business is very unprofessional. I tried to get a refund on a product that was damaged upon delivery and was met with profanity. I was threatened and had to reach out to my credit card company since they refused to make the situation right. Fraudulent business and distasteful people.Review from Jose P

I ordered a LED hose I received the hose and it was defective they told me to file a complaint with route.com which is an added insurance I filed the claim Route denied it stating that it wasn't an accidental damage I called hookah junkie again and they refused to replace or refund me the $40 dollars stating that it's the manufacturer fault when I paid them for the hose. Hookah Junkie is a Ripoff don't loose your money.Review from Cameron P

I am still waiting on a refund after being told a week ago that they could not send my order due to my mailing address and billing address not matching. They claim it ********** law but I have never had this issue with any other company. Upon telling them this they offered to send it if I paid through Zelle (cash handling app). I find it suspicious that everyone who reviewed also has used "stolen credit cards" and am sure they will accuse me of the same but still keep the 300 I paid. Tried ordering some swagberry shisha which came out to be $15.96. After multiple attempts on typing in my card information(which was all correct), it kept sayin billing information provided doesnt match or somethin like that. So it still charged me everytime I retried typing it in even after saying it the billing info is wrong. Ended up charging me over $60 for somethin that shouldve been no more than $16.Ive seen some replys from them on here too trying to say that people are typing in the incorrect billing information, dont believe it. Terrible company. I ordered a package set and received damaged and opened items along with wrong items. I have asked for a replacement but it just shows pending for over 2 weeks now. Do not waste time with the company.
