  On December 22, 2022 I paid $70 to dye highlights into my hair. After noticing that ******************* damaged my hair, and also did not do as I asked and showed a photo copy of what I wanted my hair to look like, She continued to insist that she can fix my hair for an additional charge of $25. She attempted to fix my hair she insisted she didnt have any more time to fix it since the shop already closed she mentioned to me to come back the following week so she can dye my hair exactly how it looks in the picture. On January 4, 2023 I went back to the shop, and we discussed that she was going to do individual highlights all throughout my hair, and once I noticed, she was not going to do the job as described, I brought up to her attention that what she is doing is incorrect, and not as she promised. I asked her to dye my hair a solid color, which looked similar to what I had when I first walked in prior to ******************* damaging my hair, and she denied. She also denied to give me my full refund and to let me contact the store owner due to her having the money she charged me on December 22, 2022. She insisted she wanted to fix the hair her way and did not take my needs into consideration.She also was very unprofessional raising her voice and racially stating my hair did not turn out how it looks on the photo image I showed her because I'm not white like the model. She insisted on talking to my dad and came down to a conclusion she is loosing money and only gave me what is ''fair'' which was the original charge of $70 and did not fix my hair or give me the entire $95 total she charged me.
