    After about 20 years of purchasing cars and having service at **** Canyon ****** and Acura, I still leave smiling, a very happy customer. My current car, an ********************** TLX, is almost 10 years old and still runs perfect thanks to this team. When the time comes for a new car I plan to buy another Acura with **** Canyon.     My partner and I worked with ****************** to negotiate a used car Friday night. Spent a couple of hours, still were not satisfied with the lack of negotiation in the vehicles price and walked out. Long story short, we wanted 60 months because we needed a certain payment and were only getting 48. We also needed both of us on the loan. Whoever **** was going back and forth with on negotiation said I havent even sent this to the bank and I dont care, Ill get you the 60 months for tonight only. Okay great. But, they couldnt add my partner to the loan and we walked out with no car. This morning, **** texts and calls me and says we made it work - we got your payment where you want, down payment is the same, 60 months, both people on the loan, interest went up slightly (which was expected), and we discounted the car to keep your payment where you want. Awesome! **** was really helpful with the negotiations. We come in an hour later and spend over an hour filling out paperwork. We signed the contract. Walked out with the car! Woohoo! My partner was so excited, we spent a couple hours driving around showing our family his new car. An hour later we get a call saying we need to come back because the bank revised their offer. I asked what the revision was: the only mention of revision was a lower interest rate. Nothing else. Such a shady thing to say when it was not just the interest rate. Turns out whichever employee entered the vehicle information for financing entered it incorrectly. So even though both parties signed the contract, we now have new numbers: lower interest, awesome but also, lower term and much higher monthly payments. Nothing at all like what we spent hours negotiating for. The person telling us this news had no remorse and took no responsibility for their error. We do not have the means to pay the new price they are asking for the lower term. No further negotiations and he says Ill just take the car back then, Ill send someone in to do the paperwork.

    About 10 years ago I purchase my Acura from another dealer because the ********************** Acura was not able to keep my business.At the present I came back to ********************* Acura for service the service men was courteous and gave me a good report about my car thanks.

    Stopped at Weir Canyon Acura because of a warning light indicating low tire pressure. Service rep saw a nail in the tire reporting low pressure. He was very courteous. Mechanic repaired the tire and then checked the other three - found a nail in one of the others and fixed it. Service rep came to tell me it would take a bit longer because they found another nail. Service is always good at **** Canton Acura
