I have reached out to CS multiple times with no resolution unfortunately. That said, since I have no alternative option I will leave my review here. Ive ordered from this company several times with complete satisfaction. However, I ordered a customised frame for my daughters veterinarian medicine diploma. Of course this was a surprise gift and was ordered prior to her graduating and receiving her diploma. in receipt of her diploma which comes approximately 30 to 40 days after graduation, we realised the diploma for a DVM is larger than a regular size diploma. Therefore the diploma was too large for the frame I purchased (cost was an excessive $250). That said I would have thought this company would know this and would reach out to discuss if it seems that the order size is incorrect however I was willing to pay a restocking fee to exchange the product or obtain a different mat for actual fit. I was told numerous times Im unable to do this because were outside the return window of 60 days. I explained this was a gift and the 60 days actually passed during the process of her graduating and receiving her diploma. Nevertheless despite any option Ive requested of university frames to rectify in some way, CS says that its basically my loss. I do feel this is terrible customer service, esp considering I have been a repeat customer. Perhaps I can prevent another customer from making the same mistake. It looks like Im reading some of the reviews on here I should have read those reviews initially. I will not make this mistake again *************************, FNP

Stay away from this company. A classic case of middling quality combined with the type of "fine-print" BS designed to make sure they get one over on their customers - especially since they design their site to be difficult to use and naturally hide said fine print. On top of that, a 25% restocking fee is frankly robbery. They clearly care more about lining their pockets at the expense of their customers than providing good options and customer service. The fact is, they have a few normal frames they produce, and then they "personalize" the foam backboard for whatever college you ask for. This, of course, is worth $500+. It costs more than double the price of a frame straight form the university.Poor value, worse service, do not buy. There is a reason that they are not BBB accredited.

They shipped me the wrong frame, after waiting almost 2-months. So, I got a replacement frame for my son from the campus bookstore right before his grad party. I have been trying for weeks to get a return label and now I am told since it was my fault for not reaching out to them first, for a replacement, I have to pay a 25% restocking fee on a $300 wrong frame. Do not buy anything from this horrible ********** company! Still waiting on a return label after WEEKS!S *****************************, **

Ordered a diploma frame on 4/17/23 Promised by 5/15/23 It is 6/1/23, still no frame, I call , no one answers,have e mailed as well , waiting on a response What really upsets me is they charged my credit card BEFORE shipping it out If this is not resolved quickly, Ill be calling my credit card company to get a credit & have them handle it

I ordered a frame for my daughters masters degree. I was pleased with the frame but unfortunately I ordered the wrong matting size. Instead of selling me the correct size matting they wanted me to take a 75% credit and reorder. Why they couldve just charged me for the correct matting and sent it to me is more than i know:(Needless to say I wont ever order from them again. Luckily a local framing shop was able to fix the problem for $20. A lot less than i would have lost to this company.

Kind of annoying that they have different stocks of different universities. I ordered my frame for one university one month after a family member ordered one for another school. He got his within a month while mine is estimated to ship late August. You guys need to put out of stock labels on schools that you don't have available.
