I took a very expensive gold chain to ******** at Allright pown Shop. The agreement between ******** was that he would hold my chain until I paid the ******* back. I went back to pay to pay him the **** back but I noticed that he had ruined the chain he stoled gold off every linked by cutting the inside he also shaved down the ********************** that was on it. When I got it back the chain was also shorter and it was missing the original clip. The sad thing is that I told *** **** how important is chain was because it was given to me by my great grandpa and he assured me that he was going to put it in his safe and nothing would happen to it. My mistake in trusting him.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/22) */ Company protocol 100% of the time is when customer drops off any jewelry for a loan, we seal it in front of them in a envelope and transport it to the safe that only the ownership has access to. This is a typical protocol we use on all jewelry no matter what the price is. When a customer comes to pick up there jewelry, after verifying there ticket and Identification card, we remove the item from the safe, open it in front of them and once they sign the release ticket we hand them over there belongings. Customer received he's belongings, verified the condition and left without any issues. After a few hours, customer calls back and claims item was tampered with and provided us photos. After we did our investigation, we determined that what the client was claiming, was actually a manufactured defect which we also provided a photo proof on BBB website. We been in business for 16 years and counting, and never experienced any false accusations as made by this customer. We have a spotless reputation, over 10,000 satisfied clients and continue to conduct proper business all the time. This is a family owned and operated business and we take pride in treating all customers with dignity and the respect they all deserve. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/06/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Because he ruined my chain. If you need to see i5 I would be willing to ship It to you. Plus when I confronted him over the phone right after he offered me a chain replacement. But if you'd like me to ship it to you so you guys can take a look at it and see for yourself what kind of he caused be more than happy to.
