Product was never shipped nor delivered. Cancelled order before delivery, yet charged $500. Promised 30 day delivery its over 60 and yet nothing. 30 day return policy yet Im still charged for cancelling. This may be a scam. Im not sure but Im very disappointed

Terrible quality and even worse customer support. They refuse to respond to you regarding returns. Bought a gray linen sofa and feathers were constantly coming out and poking ** and covering the sofa and floor. We developed irritation and even when trying to confront them, there was no response.

The couch I ordered on 3/20/2023 was not all real leather as advertised on their website. The sofa was named the "ALL LEATHER SOFA". In multiple places on their website, the description stated that it was genuine, top-grain leather being used. There was no reference that it was only real leather on the touch surfaces and fake leather on the rest. This makes it only about 50-60% real leather.In the first email response from customer service, I got just one short sentence. They were gaslighting me telling me, "This is our star model leather sofa, I believe you will like it after using it for a while".After 11 days of back-and-forth through emails with them, I finally got $500 back. During those 11 days, they were defensive in their responses and wanted to charge me shipping AND a 10-20% restocking fee to return it. They tried to tell me I wouldn't win a dispute for the charges with my bank because I asked for too much of my money back and I'd have to return the couch anyway, again gaslighting me. It seemed like they had experience with bank disputes, or at least trying to convince customers that they won't win one.It has been over a month since initially bringing the issue to their attention and they have not updated their website to correctly describe the couch. Apparently, they haven't learned their ******* Another customer had the same exact issue with the couch she ordered that left a review on the Better Business Bureau website. She also had to pay to return it. You can look it up on BBB by entering the city of Azusa, **********, and the business name 25home.com.In the end, they had the audacity to ask me to leave them a review, so here it is ??

The 25Home website images and marketing claims for this product are deceptive. Not happy with this $3K+ purchase that had a MSRP over $5K. Was expecting a robust high end Nordic quality couch direct from the manufacturer based on the 5 star reviews posted on the website. The couch sits very low (2 inches off the ground), and is hard to get up from unless you are a child or a animal. It looks like a couch with no feet sitting in the room. The couch showed seating wear in less than two weeks, meaning there were impressions in all the cushions from sitting and/or laying, and feathers were constantly coming out. The faux leather pillows compressed very quickly as well. The leather is not real, it is positioned as a breathable real leather on the website, however it is a faux suede FABRIC. The quality and performance in real life is NOT supported by all the 5 star reviews on the site. Sent a reply to the company (*******) when they asked for a review, advising ******* it would not be favorable. It's been over a month, and have not received a reply. They are trying to build an affiliate program where you help sell the furniture and get commission. Buy a couch elsewhere that you can see first hand and try out.

The couch is so short and low profile it is very uncomfortable to sit on if you are over 5 feet 7 inches tall. Unlike any other couch I have had in ************************* a position that does not work for more than a few minutes. The cushions are also unlike any couch I have ever had in that they are not cohesive and create a comfortable sitting area from one side of the sofa to the other. Each cushion has a different density and fluff height and does not join together. It is the only couch I have ever had where you can't lie across it comfortably. Try getting up from a seated position, and you will struggle, especially if you are above medium height. I cannot use it in my living room as intended and am disappointed with the expensive purchase. I have to throw the couch down in my basement and lose the money I spent on it.

Deceptive company. Advertised their furniture we purchased as "Italian leather". Tried to convince me it is leather through email and then eventually admitted it is imitation. I hate being lied to and spending a lot of money on furniture. They'll allow me to return with a 10% restock fee and I have to pay for return shipping!!! I paid shipping also. I shouldn't have to pay anything to return product that I didn't order. I ordered Italian leather furniture. Not imitation! Buyer beware.
