I have never requested this companies service. They continuously call me from a local spoof phone number, offering me credit card relief via a personal loan. I have multiple times asked to be added to the national do not call list and as soon as I do this they hang up the call, disregarding my request clearly indicated by the multiple phone calls and attempts after my many requests for the *** list. I have a feeling the company is a legit scam using predatory tactics to target folks with higher amounts of debt to sell them debt relief programs. However I can only speak to my experience of their complete lack of professionalism by not adding me to their do not call list.Business response

We promptly honored your request. However, you subsequently called us back multiple timesten, to be exactleading us to take the step of blocking your number.

Harassing phone calls (live and robo calls) from a variety of numbers. As others have stated, **** are hesitant to share any identifying details. I recognize one of the voices from another series of scam calls earlier in the year. They repeat your name in an attempt to intimidate, as if to say, "I know who you are." Despite our efforts to place your number on our internal Do Not Call list, we experienced repeated calls from you that included unnecessary vulgar language.
Please be assured that our company uses only live agents for outbound calls and does not employ any robocall systems. We are committed to adhering strictly to all applicable laws and regulations.

I am rejecting this response because:
Relief One Solutions is clearly a front for a scam, as multiple complaints here indicate. You are not fooling us. I am sure you will continue to create new numbers and call proposing new schemes, and you will be reported every time to the appropriate authorities. I did call multiple times because I was fed up and it took that many attempts for someone to admit to who they were calling on behalf of.Just know that, if contact continues, a police report will be filed. You try to intimidate your targets by using their personal details on calls. Just know that, if you can find info on us, some of us are smart enough to find info on you.

I have received multiple unsolicited calls from Relief One Solutions. Upon returning their calls, a rep just answers by asking if this is (insert my name). The reps are hesitant to provide the name of the company and their names. Upon telling the reps to remove this phone # from their call list and to never call this # again, the reps argue saying, "You called us!" This is obviously a suspicious practice and the business is clearly poorly run and likely very predatory lenders based on their unwelcome, unethical, dishonest & misleading & unsolicited calls. To be clear, I have never done business with them, never inquired about doing business with them and will never do business with them. This phone # has been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry since it's inception (nearly decades ago). They are obviously trying to trick vulnerable people and they KNOW exactly what they're doing. Scam.Business response

This company has started calling me and claiming that a woman named "*****" made an inquiry. I asked how they got my number and the agent, I want to say his name was **** or ****, told me that "*****" must have "had your phone number in the past" Additionally, 2 separate agents told me 'the inquiry' was in regards to paying off a creditor and the other one told me that "*****" inquired about getting a loan of some sort.If this is a legitimate "Debt Relief" service, I would have assumed they might have done their due diligence (like similar companies) and cross referenced the National DNC Registry to see that my phone number is on the National DNC Registry.Not only would I like reassurances that I will not be contacted by this 'business' again, but I would like to know how they received my phone number or which database they purchased it from so I can file a proper complaint.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The action of removing me from your system AND your affliates' systems is 'acceptable' as the bare minimum, seeing as you're legally obligated to do that.However, the response and lack of transparency as to how and where my information was purchased, is not okay. Under The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), I have:
The right to know about the personal information a business collects about them and how it is used and shared;
The right to delete personal information collected from them (with some exceptions);
The right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information; and
The right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights.To restate my original request:
I would like to know how your business collected my information and how was used and shared. As well as having ALL of my personal information deleted.

Our clients usually go to our website and put in information and then we call on that information. It is possible that someone put your phone number by mistake. That being said, we only had your number and it was attached to a different name and information. Your Name, phone number and email that you submitted with this compliant are not in our system, except for your phone number which is now on our internal DNC list.

Every day this company calls me. I tell them I am not interested and they continuosly harass me. They use a fake local phone that hangs up on you when you answer so you have to call them back. I just want them to remove my number.Business response

We do not call and hang up when the client answers so they callback, our system is not setup that way. That could have been a techincal issues and I'm having our IT department investigate. The is a telemarketer. I requested to be removed from their call log. They indicated they could not and then threatened me when I called them back at ************ trying to get my information removed from their database. I want the company to remove me from their call log and e-mail me confirmation that they did so.Business response

I was initially skeptical about joining Relief One Solutions and ******************** but went against my better judgement and did so about mid-August 2023. While things appeared to be going smoothly initially (i.e. good communication, answered questions, ease of process, etc.), on or about 9/14/23, I was contacted by representative ****************** regarding the Legal Plan offered by Complete Legal Plan, LLC. He said ******** has been working with new attorneys and I needed to sign a contract with them in order to allow them to represent me in negotiations. He reported there is a $600 fee associated with this representation but that since I was a new customer, I would only have to pay $60. He reported that other clients who joined Palisade prior to me initiation date would need to pay $600, but that I get some kind of benefit because I am new. I restated to him what he said just to clarify and he confirmed I would not need to pay $600. Let me be an example of what not to do as I trusted what this person said, signed the contracts he sent me and found that I was, in fact, charged the $600 and did not realize it was taken out of the funds I have been sending to Relief One Solutions/Palisade until it was too late to cancel. When I brought up this concern with customer service on 11/10/23, they reported there is nothing they could do since I was out of the window for cancelation. I am in the process of canceling my contract completely as I do not do not feel comfortable moving forward with this company. I let them know 11/10 that I would like to cancel after I discovered the charge and was met with apathy regarding a resolution. I was told they would "send a message" to the team about my request. No one followed up. I reached out 11/21 and spoke to ****** and am still waiting for my refund. I would also like the $600 back I was told I did not have to pay and have yet to hear anything about that, either.Business response

They keep calling my work phone ************.I've told them multiple times that it is a work phone and to please stop calling that number and to take that number out of their database.They do NOT listen and continue to contact me from various numbers. I continue to block the numbers, and yet they will continue to call from various other numbers. After pulling up the phone records I'm only showing our company calling the number you provided one time and I'm showing that our representative did flag your number as a "Do Not Call" meaning our system won't even call that number again.
