    I have been trying to cancel the warranty on my *** since October 2024 and it still has not been resolved. First, when we tried to get the cancellation form, we had to call at least multiple times for weeks and still did not get the form. All they told me was email was sent which I never received despite me receiving all other advertisement emails from BMW of Bakersfield. Its not even they answer calls right away either. I leave multiple messages and one time they answer all they tell me is we sent the email, I also called you which I never had missed call on my phone. We finally walked in and picked up the form in person, signed it and emailed to them right away on November 12, 2024 as it said on the direction of the form. I did not receive any further email from them. I sent them another email following up on December 11, 2024 but still no answer. I tried calling today, but same thing. No one answering, no return call. The ONLY person who can work on this issue is Roshan (they said the other person is out on leave or something). I understand he is behind and very busy but we are probably going to be charged extra 3 months that we did not wish to continue the warranty for. I need them to please finish the job.

    I took my car into BMW in order to get the reservoir fixed for the antifreeze coolant leak. Now after them calling my warranty company and telling me that the warranty company was denying my service, they said i would have to pay out of pocket in order to get the part fixed which was going to cost $700. Now I told them that I looked up the OEM parts and they were alot cheaper than that but it was fine. We negotiated down to $570 and that was that. So after putting the part on and fixing the car, BMW states that as they were running the car they noticed the connector was leaking which is also a $20 part and a few gaskets which cost no more than $60 . BMW said they we're going to charge me $900 in order to fix that part that wasn't broken when i took it in because I had it inspected by my own mechanic. After declining all their charges and arguing with the Terrible associate Roger. I send my mother and girlfriend to pick the car up after they charged me for changing the tank and charged me to refill the antifreeze. So upon my mother arriving i had her check the coolant to see if they had put in what they charged me for and it was BARE EMPTY. Not a single drop of antifreeze had been added, and they we're "Recommending" that I Tow my car because it could overheat when the leak was a slow leak to begin with. So at this point, I'm requesting that all my money be refunded for the work that was done through the dealer because it is clearly some Sham going on with the company in B*********** *** ***** was the service agent I was dealing with and he was not helpful at all and created more problems rather than solving them.

       We have contacted the customer and asked them to bring their car in last week, they didn’t make the appt to come back, we tried contacting them again to reschedule for another visit. If you can contact the customer and let them know that would be great. We would like to try and resolve their issue, thanks Jim
