  I was provided A1 Plumbing by my ********************* choice upon setting up an appointment with A1 Plumbing they deemed that the leaking under my sink was due to a leaking faucet which had been purchased just a week or two prior. They stated they would need authorization from the home warranty company choice prior to replacing the faucet after receiving authorization they stated they would have to order the part, I confirmed via text that the replacement faucet would be the same or similar value and quality and provided in the text. They stated yes multiple trying to set up an appointment for the installation of the new faucet that they stated had come in. I stated I would be unavailable, but my daughter would be available for the installation Upon myself being available for viewing after the installation deemed that the faucet was not the same or similar value and was highly inferior as most of it was plastic A1 that the Home Warranty choice would only authorize what they call builder quality again informed them that they had told me in a text that would be same or similar quality which was not I also noted that my faucet that they replaced was nowhere in the house. I contacted them and asked them to please return it as I was using the value as it was still under warranty to offset the hundred dollars Choice Home Warranty was charging me to pay directly to A1 Plumbing they stated they would contact the tech and return immediately within a few minutes, I received another text saying that the faucet was not available and they would not be able to return it. I stated I considered this theft and they needed to do what was right and return the faucet or compensate me for which was taken without my permission. I contacted the Home Warranty choice made a vendors complaint and they deem that A1 Plumbing needed to return my property and would escalated again was in contact with A1 Plumbing and told him they needed to do the right thing They have chose not to.

  We regret that you had a bad experience, We were not notified in advance you wanted to keep the broken faucet , It was replaced at 8:30 AM,your text requesting the broken faucet shows 4:05 PM , in the past we have not been ask to leave broken fixtures or appliances at a customer's residence, If we or the home warranty company had been notified that this was a recently purchased faucet under warranty from the manufacturer it would not have been covered by your home warranty company.  Not understanding why you would want your home warranty company to pay for parts and labor on something you stated was recently purchased and under manufacturer's warranty,we still work with pride and integrity to provide the absolute best plumbing service and experience to our customers.
