They charge 200 just to come out another $298 to fix broken sm copper pipe in ceiling charged another 270. to come back and test to see if their work had any leaks and put a little paint on the pipe all this should've been done before they left at their expense. Each time they come out they charge an extra $10 for gas.. discount they are not our fault. Should have seen red flags from the beginning. I can except the 498 but I think that $270 was way out of line we will never use this company again. I do not recommend them we heard they had a good reputation but that was years ago not today.

Dear ******************, We are sorry to hear you are upset and would not recommend us. We do take pride in our work. We are always willing to work with a customer to make things right. Due to the rise in cost we have had to make our service call rates higher than in the years past. We charge a service call fee of $119.00. Of that fee $109.00 is applied to the work being done if you go with our quote. The additional $10.00 is a fuel charge that we have had to add. However, if we need to access a leak either in the attic or under home, our service call fee is $260.00. Not the $119.00. The same process is, if you choose to have us do the repairs we will apply the $250.00 to the repairs and the additional $10.00 is the fuel charge. We do not charge the fuel charge each trip we make back to your home. There is only one $10.00 fee listed and charged on the invoice. We would like for you to re-think using us in the future. You can always call and speak with our office manager for any scheduling or cost issues you are having.Review from Cathy F

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They used to be good. Now their customer service is horrible, they are very expensive, and the work is shoddy. I was quoted $520 to replace a kitchen faucet that was installed 3 years ago for less than $200. The repairman admitted they jack up the price of parts really high and it would be better if I bought them myself. They charge $120 to come out and diagnose, when they come back to do the work they charge $120 again on top of parts and labor. We are just now seeing this review. We apologize for such a delayed response. *************, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We take pride in our work and our customers. We probably could have rectified this issue last year. Again, We are sorry.
