    Compre el programa para poder trasmitir los impuestos (TAXMA) con el costo de $1500 cuando le progunte cuanto tenia que cobrarle a mis clientes con sus impuestos ellos me dijeron que el precio lo pondria yo..me icieron llegar un video totorial donde lo explicarian pero esa informacion no se dio. y al momento de comenzar a dar mis servicios de impuestos con mi primer cliente vi que al colocar mi costo de $100 dlls en su total aparecia otra cantidad que no habia visto ni tenia de conocimiento dandole un total de $270.89 por otros fees que el sistema en su desglose cobraba y desconocia. Fui derectamente a las oficinas de TAXMA y les pedi una aclaracion de la falta de informacion en los costos del sistema y solocite se me devolviera el dinero pues no estaba conforme con el costo que pagaria el cliente y desconocia esos fees pero. la persona argumento otras cosas y aclaro hasta entonces a donde se iba lo demas del cobro.

    I bought the program to be able to transmit taxes (TAXMA) with the cost of $1500. When I asked how much I had to charge my clients with their taxes, they told me that I would set the price... they made me receive a tutorial video where they would explain it, but that information was not given. And at the time I began to provide my tax services with my first client, I saw that when I placed my cost of $100 dlls in his total, another amount appeared that he had not seen or was aware of, giving him a total of $270.89 for other fees than the system in its breakdown charged and unknown. I went directly to the TAXMA offices and asked them for a clarification of the lack of information on the costs of the system and requested that they return the money to me because I was not satisfied with the cost that the client would pay and I was unaware of those fees but. The person argued other things and clarified until then where the rest of the collection was going.

    Good afternoon first and foremost I would like to thank you for taking the time to reach out to me to bring this to my attention. *** ******* came to my office back in December wanting to purchase my tax software program. That day I discussed briefly the program and we set up a time and day when she can come in with more time I would be able to further provide details on the program and how it worked as well as the prices and any fees that would go along with the program. I brought to her attention that with the program she would have the opportunity to use "bank product" which is something I personally use with almost all my clients since they are able to put no money upfront and they usually receive their refund faster and directly to their bank. I also explained that the product does come with a fee that is set by the program, but is only charged if they do decide to use the bank product service which is optional. She called me when she tried transmitting her first tax form with no clue what her EFIN was I took the time even after all the hours that our trainer Ludivina gave her to assist with any questions she had and guided her by showing her what her EFIN was and an EIN. She started to become upset when I asked her if she had any questions at all regarding the software or even how to fill out the information for the returns and taxes to please write them all down and we would have a Zoom meeting because since it was tax season my hours were very limited and she had already had the training on our software and even beyond that and she kept calling me late at night to ask if I could help her. I asked her if she could please refrain from calling me late at night and strictly during my business hours which she ignored and kept calling me late at night. My staff and I have all gone above and beyond to help her even after her training hours were completed because we wanted her to succeed, but she seemed to not care and we could not help someone that did not want to be helped. When *** came to my office upset with how much the client would be paying I explained once again that the fees were not set by me, but by the bank and they were fees she could avoid if she does not use the bank product. I personally believe she came to my office with the intention to observe how my office was running and get as much information as she could about my software only to harm my business because since day one our trainer Ludivina noticed her lack of attention when she was going over the training which if you are paying for training you would assume the person would be more interested in learning and ask questions if they did not understand something, but she always showed up late or would not show up to her classes which we accommodated her with either waiting for her to arrive or adding another day for her training even though we discussed the hours and days ahead of time. Once again I would like to thank you for your time and I hope we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
