The more I deal with them the less comfortable I feel. I have ordered multiple times & now beginning to feel duped. 1st your card is charged immediately but never shipped for appromately 3weeks. If you return an item that refund is 3 to 4 additional weeks. Promoted as "money back guarantee" but then your placed on a restricted "all sales final" list. **************** is little to none. When you call for help, no one seems to have clue what's happening or how help. It's just kind of an oh well, sorry about your luck response. You are lead to believe items are 1 of kind but they are not. They always seem to find 1 in stock. Panic you into believing certain gems are running out of inventory but only to continuously turn up. Unlike the more higher end gems they claim to be the gems are often conveniently placed in gold cup mountings to enhance their color while being cut shallow so that the carat is more disbursed in the table of the stone thus making them appeared larger. I wish I had known these tricks of the shady trade earlier.Review from Sherril B

I purchased 2 pair of earrings and a shooting star pedant. earrings were supposed to be like the one ****** wears bt when I got them they were so tiny, I asked auren how she put hers on with those long nails and she then said they were't the same as hers. So I don't buy from them anymore and I have shopped with ****** over her last 4 jobs that she has had selling jewelryReview from Wilma H

Their customer service is very poor. On 2 different occasions, I waited for credits to appear on my credit card, even call credit card company.No credit on card. I called TVON on both occasions, give some lame excuse as to why I had not received credit on both occasions. So, I called credit card company and disputed claim. So, credit company gave me a refund and took both matters with TVON themselves. I was placed on credit card discipline or whatever TVON calls it. I'll not be buying anything from them. Also, I bought a ******'s links ring. Still have it, diamonds are poor color.Review from Cindy G

Buyer beware! I purchased a **** and diamond ring on December 4 and it still hasn't shipped. They can't even give me a date as to when it might be shipped. I'm told..."there is a process and it's in the que". I asked where in the que, and was told she didn't know. If the ring I ordered is the ONLY one they have, then there is no reason why it hasn't shipped. I was told that the "policies" were read to me when I signed up, however, no one ever told me that merchandise will be shipped 15 business days after you order it, which is just insanely late. Had I known that, I would have never ordered the ring. Additionally, they had no problem taking the money out of my account the day I ordered it, but, to send the ring promptly is another story. Normally, online companies like QVC, HSN, ShopLC, etc., will charge your account the day the merchandise ships out. Not TVON...they use your money and keep your money before you ever see your merchandise. When you try to cancel the order, you're charged a 5% fee. You'll have to get your credit card company involved in that one! Outcome: I cancelled my order and told them I would not pay the 5% cancellation fee. If I was charged it, I will decline it with my credit card company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....POOR COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.Review from Linda K

Very poor customer service , had to have my credit card company file for my money back after the company took it fior a purchase but never sent the merchandise. Over a month of trying to reach out to them , customer service repeatedly misinformed me about the whereabouts of my purchase. After several months I finally got my money back . Then to punish a potential customer they send an email saying I can no longer purchase from them .. so buyer beware ..
