    My fianc tried to put money on my books when i was in jail . My girlfriend put money. I tried to put money on my books through this website. She did it twice 130 twice I never received the money and they never refunded it. I think it is a fake website, nobody answers the phone and theres no response and the money was never put on my books. It just disappeared. I would just like my $260 back. I would just like a refund please help

    On sept ******* I used a company called **************************. The charged me $140 and charged an extra 20 for next day deposit on to a friends inmate jail account. They ********************** was never received. I have been emailing and calling the phone number and have never got a response. On the website says must write a letter to receive a refund and I have sent them that also. I have since read there ****** reviews and seen that others are saying the where frauded from the same company same way. They need to be shut down for stealing from people.

    So i was directed from the sheriff's website to use this online service to put money on a friend's books. I completed the process, they charged me $10 to send $20. The process then explained it would take one to two days on their end and then another 1 to two days at the correctional facility. It's been 2 weeks and the facility hasn't recieved it and I've left messages from customer support to call me back. I made several calls receiving the same message as due to high volume of calls they would call me back. Never got a return call. I'm sick and tired of you scamming lowlifes. I want my money back doubled for the inconvenience

    I was putting $50. on my daughter-in-laws books. The money never made it to her books. Ive tried numerous times to get in touch with anybody regarding my issue but with no response whatsoever. Ive called but I honestly to think that I was understood since I do not have a tongue due to cancer. Ive sent several emails asking the status of the deposit. But all unsuccessful.     On May 20th, 2024 I paid $50 to this company, moneyonbooks.org, in order to ensure that $30 of that was used to place money on the books of a good friend. As the website indicated, the fee to place the money on my friends books next day expidited was $20, which is a large fee, but i chose to utilize this feature they provide along with a gaurantee. It has now been 4 working days and ive been notified that the money has yet to be placed on my friends books as this company had gauranteed to do days prior. I reached out to them through email on May 21st, as the gaurantee i paid such a large fee for was not fulfilled through thier promise of next day delivery, in which i received no response. I waited another day, while trying to be understanding, and then i reached out again through a phone call. Once i finally got the phone call to go through adter multiple calls, to my disappointment, the call went to voicemail stating that they were receiving high call volumes and could not take my call at this time. I followed thier direction and left my name, phone number, the # of the person to which whom was to receive the money, and i even left extra information such as receipt number and amount paid. Now multipke days later he still has yet to receive the money and ive yet to receive any type of communication in response to the theft of my money by this company. I say theft because it seems as though they took the $50 in its entirety, havent placed any money onmy friends books and will not even bother to return an email or phone call. The receipt # for the transaction is 114-7337. I would like this issue resolved and my money returned for thier fee, as they did not follow through with thier gaurantee. So in order for this issue to be resolved, I would expect the company to place $30 on my friends books as per the original request and the entire reason for doing business with the company and my $20 refunded to me.

    Receipt #****-5941 deposit on 12/14/23 in the amount of $130.00 was sent successfully but payment never made to the inmate. Today is 1/5/24 and still no money or no phone call. I been trying to reach someone by phone and email with no response. Im requesting a FULL refund ASAP. As family and friends who rely on your services for our loved ones to deposit money, this company has failed to provide customer service and should no longer be in business. Lack of communication and we will never use this company EVER AGAIN!

    A business called H32353137**3632353537H who buy stamps from prisoners, on September 5, 2022 I sent them 200 stamps in one envelope and 10 stamps in another envelope. In their brochure, they stipulated send only 10 H373837**3536383331H of stamps in each envelope. That&#**;s why only 10 stamps were sent in a separate envelope.***** envelopes were sent to this address, and I had no clue they moved.On 10-18-2022 I received a letter from H32353137**3632353537H with a different address (they moved) H32353137**3632353537H.
