  Vinicon Construction came to my house to replace my roof after the storm. During the first day my son called and voiced concerned to me about the material used being the improper material as well as Vinicon working to patch the roof and cut damaged sections instead of replacing. When I arrived home, Vinicon has screwed dry wall to the underside of my aluminum roof panels further puncturing them and causing more damage. I asked ******* the owner to stop the work and refund me the initial $4000 paid to him, minus whatever labor for the single day. Which Vinicon has refused. My my ceiling is in an even more damaged state causing much larger amounts of rain to simply pour into my house leading to damage in the floorboards as well.

  The date of the transactions was March 13th, 2023 The total amount paid was $7,460 The Vinicon Construction committed to removing old concrete and installing new concrete in 3 locations on our property that would channel rainwater away from the property, one sump pump installation, and fixing one leaky pipe. The nature of this dispute involves the company's refusal to honor its warranty and accept responsibility for damaged concrete that they installed incorrectly right before a storm. The top layer of the fresh concrete was washed away leaving behind stained, discolored concrete. The installation still does not channel water away from the property. We attempted to reschedule the work due to the upcoming storm. We were concerned about how the concrete would be affected by the rain. We were told that we could not reschedule because it would be a breach of contract and were assured that the concrete work would be unaffected by the rain. However, in the case that there was an issue, the company's warranty would ensure that it would be fixed. We have these statements in writing. When we contacted Vinicon Construction about the issues, the co-owners began missing scheduled appointments with no follow-up phone calls, ignoring phone calls, not returning voicemails, or addressing any attempt to resolve this issue. We cannot reach the company for resolution. We would like for the concrete to be repaired or replaced so that we have properly finished concrete.

  Hired this company to install a new roof. This company did it incorrectly and was asked to repair it. They repaired it but still incorrectly. I received my inspection report back and it said the entire roof needed to be replaced. The contractor doesnt want to assume liability and Im being forced to hire someone new to fix the roof. The sub will not refund my money.
