    On 1/9/2025 o came in ** **** coast tires and wheels located at **************************************. I came im to mpunt and replace 2 tires on my 1993 chevrolet silverado upon competion the mechanic recommended to? replace my wheel bearings on my truck because the front wheels had play or felt loose. The mechanic stated that my wheel would fall off if i drove it like that. I asked ***** the advisor for the price of repair on both wheel bearings and i agreed to the repair when the truck was "ready" i pocked up my truck and paid for the repair a drove about 2 miles when the driverside wheel fell out and my truck was undrivable. Now the shop is recommending a $2000. I dont know one ig the issue wasl already there or if it was caused by the mechanic that worked on my truck the qheel bearing gave out. Which is the exact repair i paid for and now the ahop doeant want to help me with anything and are saying that the parts on my truck are not working propertly but they never mentioned anything when i icked up my truck on friday 1/10/2025. They didnt even want to pay for the tow truck to bring it back to their ahop.i i came in driving my truck and now its outside withput a wheel.

    On or around June 15 I purchased nee set of tires and rims. As soon as I got home it was losing pressure. I put air in it and it stopped but returned. I took it to a local tire professional and they looked at the tire and knowing it was new he asked did I buy it that way because it's be repaired already. Due to that he didn't fix it nor repair it because he didn't want to become liable. I proceeded to call the company I brought them from and was immediately met with aggression after telling them they sold me a damaged tire. He was upset I used the wrong terminology as I'm not the tire professional.After the rude front desk clerk I finally hot to a manager or owner and he somewhat apologize but somewhat agreed with his employees behavior. I sent of pictures from the tire tech I sent it to and he said he could replace the tire but I needed to figure out how to get it to his shop. They ship tires and rims and hasn't offered a solution to ship, fix, nor replace the tire other than me buying one just to drive to them. I was sold a damaged tire and it was proposed as a new one and hadn't the tire tech i took too to look at it been honest with me this company would have gotten away with selling a damaged tire and i have two young kids that rides with me daily and this was potentially very dangerous!! Please help me resolve

    I bought a set of wheels and tires from the place and I received them but one wheel is the wrong wheel and the company will not send me the correct wheel with a return label for the wrong one. The company wants me to pay even more money plus shipping for there mess up. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 months now and they still do not want to fix the issue with me. I just dont see where I should have to pay for there mistake.

    I purchased a set of wheels from a dealer in **********. When I received them everything was OK except for one center cap that was used and damaged. I purchased them on July 25th 2023 late on a Friday afternoon. I contacted the seller on Monday telling him about what I received. He apologized an said he will take care of it immediately. I waited 3-4 days then I called him back again. He apologized again and said again that he's sorry and I'm going to replace it and it will be in the mail by Friday afternoon. Since July 25th I have called West Shore Tires and Wheel distributors once a week and I get the same response that he's sorry and he's to take care of it. The Wheels are on my car and I really love them but I am still minus one new center cap that I paid for. I did put the one used center cap on my truck but it didn't stay on because it was damaged. I feel like he's lying to me because I can't do anything about it since I'm on the other side of the world. I paid $2000 for the Wheels and I have the receipt for them. The owner or manager of the business name is ***. I just want a replacement cap or the wheels manufacturer name and address so I can purchase a replacement center cap. If you can't do anything else I would just want to leave a review warning customers about the business and management. Thank you in advance.

    I didn't receive all of the items I was promised. I called they have different names and they give invalid numbers and names, address. They have stopped working with me to return money for the items I didn't receive. I didn't receive a receipt for the order.
