    ZERO stars if I could!!! So incredibly RUDE!!!! They called to offer and alarm system, I politely declined and the man asked why, I told him because our small business didnt need one we dont have anything of value inside. He then said that our local police department were requiring one. As if that would ever be a thing! And as I was declining again he said he hoped we got robbed and hung up before I could even say anything back they have ***************** working there!!

    I had a salesperson come in throwing around Brinks alarm systems of which I thought I was getting. I signed on the dotted line and it has been a nightmare ever since. system has never worked properly since installed they have come out 4 or 5 times resolving a couple of things but never giving me a problem free system.The back office keypad has always been an issue (still not working) I have requested from B&D a log of all the times they have been out on service requests. I have always got the same answer I will call you back in ten minutes never a call back. There deceptive tactics came to light when I called brinks and they informed me that I didnt have a brinks system and there was nothing they could do. We went round and they didnt seem to care about any of it, I started at this business in **** **************************************************** those years. Run from this company by all means.

    We had a censor problem and called them. They installed them before the Covid. Their sales rep came out and told us we can go ahead to have a contract with B&D directly. We just renewed the contract with Brinks last Nov which they can change it without issue. OK, we thought. Next day B&D tech came and changed the panel and all the censors.Now I found out from Brinks that our contract is still active and if we cancel, we need to pay the penalty. Shockingly I am trying to call B&D, no one picks up the phone. We have a problem with the system as well. No signal. What a mess!!!!

    They had me fooled! I admit I was taken in by the price and what they would do. After they installed the system at our business, cameras, door sensors and motion detectors. We noticed a sensor normally used on a rollup door was installed on a regular door. The sensor was just big enough to not close the door without dislodging it from its mounting place. And it eventually tripped our alarm! Called support (or lack of support) and told them the issue. They would send someone out next day to look at it. Of course no showed...no call to re-schedule....nothing. Called again next day. Same, run around, put on hold, talked to another tech who said, "we'll get someone out next day." Ah no. I need someone today! Poor customer service to say the least!
