  Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Regarding: Form Set # , TC-********* Regarding: Description of the issue: Customer Name: ****** **** ***** Regarding: Phone: ********** Regarding: Form Set # or Case #**STSC03947 Regarding: Jurisdiction: California Regarding: Filing Type: Small Claims recently I received an email from your company very recently asking ME if I want to have a Mediation with Case #**STSC03947.However, the email did Not Even State On Who The Defendant Was?I did email back your company a response and they Refused To Tell ME Who The Defendant Was, but Referred Me Back To The Small Claims Court House for that information.When I found out who the Defendant Was Which Was Reddit, I contacted ************ Back Again, Via Email And Told Them That I Want To Settle With Mediation, But Made It Clear That I Am Not That Tech Savvy And Wanted Some Extra Help!Sadly, Instead Of Ever Receiving The Extra Help With How To Use Turbocourt For Mediation Since I Never Used Turbocourt Before, The Person Who Responded Back To ME By Email Just Tells Me Rudely That They Referred My Complaint and/or Concerns For Mediation Right Back To The Courthouse Instead Since They Were Not Interested In Getting Involved With My Small Claims Court Case Any Longer!So Why Did You Bother Contacting Me To Begin With Is The Question?Ridiculous!I just can Not Believe How I Have Been Mistreated And/Or Rudely Treated By Some Of Your Online Staff Members For Doing Absolutely Nothing Wrong!---------- Forwarded message ---------From: TurboCourt **************** <********************************************************************>Date: Fri, Sep 13, 20** at 5:32PM Subject: TurboCourt: help request notification for Form Set # , ***************: <***********************************>Hello ******,We have forwarded your request directly to the court as they process all claims and take care of ODR matters.   TURBOCOURT is LYING!  they are Falsely Providing A Service in Which They Refuse To Offer Any Real Technical OR Customer Service Support!  the Small Claims Office does NOT provide this type of Support!

  i am contacting the EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT TO DO AND CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION ON THIS FAKE / FALSE TURBOCOURT COMPANY FOR REFUSING TO ASSIST PLAINTIFFS WITH THEIR ONLINE CASES!
