  On 9/10/24 I talked on the phone with a sales *** named *****. He was very helpful and put together my dream bike - a Colnago C68 AllRoad bicycle. I was told it would be about 3-4 weeks to be built up and delivered to me. After a week, ***** informed me that the bike frame was not in stock as he had thought and that I wouldn't receive it until mid-December. On December 15, 2024, I spoke with another *** and asked for a status update. He then informed me that it would be mid-January before I would receive it. For the past two weeks I've called several times, left several voice mails, sent them emails, and submitted "tickets" via their website's "chat" function and no one has answered nor responded. I paid $6,815.89 on 9/10/24, which ***resented a 50% deposit.

  The transaction made with Wrench Science of ************************************************ was made on 7/24/23 in the amount of $7,806.98 which was a deposit towards an order for several road bicycle components. Many of the components were not in stock on the date of the transaction which was why a deposit was made of $7,806.98. As days passed without any firm indication as to when the seller, Wrench Science, would be able to obtain the components within the order I became wary of their ability to adequately fill the order. So, I reached out to them to go ahead and cancel the order because they had not been able to obtain the products I ordered yet and I couldn't wait any longer. They refused to refund me the deposit and told me I could not cancel any order due to "store policy" which was never communicated to me in any fashion verbal or written. Further, I never received a receipt or any sort of written communication when I paid the deposit so I techincally had no record of even paying them anything. I politely asked several times for a cancelation and refund emphasizing the fact that they had not even been able to get the products I'd ordered from them, let alone send me anything. There are no transaction documents because Wrench Science never sent me any, there are no tracking numbers because they didnt ship me anything and I am very frustrated while they hold nearly 8k of mine hostage while I have nothing and I don't have time to wait for them any longer. I need my money back and they are ignoring my calls, my emails, etc. I have no way to get in touch with them, no way to get my money back and an unfulfilled order. I feel violated and scared. I've never seen anything like this in my life.
