    ******** company doesn't deserve one star Ticketmaster and Live Nation have a monopoly on tickets and will not let the common person purchase during pre-sales they put out false advertising claiming there are pre-sale codes and then do not send them to you or when you try to purchase tickets there's constant errors with their online purchasing and that is the only way you can buy them horrible company the government needs to shut them down as they are a monopoly working under two different company names so that they can get by without consequence the customer service is horrible and they're representatives are rude and will not help. How these companies continue to operate I do not know as I know most artists are money hungry and get paid personal fees from these companies the *** and Better Business Bureau should shut down Ticketmaster and Live Nation they are a scam and they constantly take advantage of the hard-working Americans who try to buy tickets only two allow people with huge budgets on computers to purchase up everything and flood the ticket sales so that the common man cannot get any scumbags pieces of garbage and unfortunately if you want to go to anything I repeat anything Sports concert or paid ticket for any type of show Live Nation and Ticketmaster are the only way to purchase these tickets even if you go to small venues and try to purchase tickets directly they redirect you to a Ticketmaster site this should be illegal and is bad business practice for everyone else but them

    Horrible place. This manager was the most rude I have encountered. I had an issue with server. Manager told me to order more food and drinks and waved us off. Pic below. What class. They want your money. That's it. Nothing more.

    Live Nation has several applications of mine that are still "Under Consideration" despite the fact that the positions have been reposted several times since I had applied - which ranges from 30+ days ago to 2 years (going on 3). And because my applications are still be labelled "Under Consideration" I am unable to apply to the newer posts (of the same positions). I genuinely don't believe they are reviewing applications. Companies who do this need get fined or reported or something. This is really messed up, especially considering the job market today.

    Very unorganized at the jelly roll concert at the climate pledge in ******* ********** about the staff not knowing the proper time to let VIP's in. Afterwards they held some VIP's back upwards of half an hour before realizing. And at the end I know alot of VIP's where not able to get the gift in the package and they ran out

    Changed policies on events to prevent customer service from actioning on refunding orders. Scam, and money hungry. **************** also does not reply.

    I have reached out to Fool In Love directly by email and they still have not responded at all. Firstly, the event was extremely unorganized. My party and I waited over an hour just to enter the venue. Once inside, we found there was no shade available, and the crowds were so large that it was impossible to enjoy any part of the event. The sound system was also a significant issue, with speakers cutting in and out during several artists' performances. Additionally, I had to wait an hour to use the restroom, only to find there was no water to wash hands. The event also ran out of food, which was unacceptable. Due to these conditions, we had to leave early because of heat exhaustion and migraines, and we could not enjoy the event we paid for. Given these numerous and serious issues, I am requesting a full refund for the tickets purchased.

    Im a long time concertgoer and typically have not had any issues until recently. I bought two lawn tickets and could no longer use them. I was happy to see I could post for verified resale! I appreciate that the resell steps were super easy and have known others who had success. After several weeks, they have not sold and I do not know why, as its a well known artist and now hear the event is sold out! Out of curiosity, I wanted to see other resale prices so I performed a standard search on the ** app to see if the public could view my active listing the tickets werent there. I just called cust svc and was told that only the lowest priced lawn tickets will be viewable. The public isnt able to even see my tickets as an option when they search (even with a specific search range) because there are other lower prices for the same ticket. I see other resale seat tickets for various ranges. Why would my tickets not get the same opportunity? ** advertises a resell marketplace but is not transparent about how it works, nor was this info included in my listing confirmation email. I opted to use the marketplace as an official & easy way to resell but ** is not allowing me a fair chance using the services they advertise. Im seeking a full refund for my tickets.

    Attended the Fool in Love event. I have repeatedly attempted to reach Front Gate and have filled out the form on the site and emailed for assistance but have not heard back from any of the means I've tried to reach them through. I have been given ticket numbers via email, and I have responded via the same email, and still have not received a response. The event was poorly executed and the response from the event, organizers, and ticketing is abysmal. I'm hoping to hear from someone soon resulting in a positive resolution.

    Purchased 3 day event tickets for country jam in ******** and one day was canceled. We received an email on June 26th stating a refund would be issued in 30 days. Front gate tickets emailed and said funds would be returned to us on July 26th. As of today they will not respond to emails and when I call they say they don't know when I'll receive a refund and it's out of their control and to wait 5 business days for a response. I've been waiting for a month as it is and now they don't know if they are going to actually refund me. Poor business. My refund is close to 500 dollars.

    I received an email on 7/15/24 stating the wait was over for Skybox VIP tickets. I opened the email. I did not see anything stating I was receiving tickets nor was I provided information on how to accept or decline the tickets. I opened that link multiple times to see if there was one. I assumed I would receive an email with instruction s on how to accept or decline them. On 7/16/24 the funds were removed from my account.I contacted ********************** Gate Tickets on 7/17/24 to dispute the charge and request a refund. I was told by Front Gate that they do not issue refunds ad that I needed to contact Louder Than Life. I contacted Louder than life via email on 07/17/2024. The replied to me on 07/18/24 at 1046 am stating that there were no refunds being issued and that I could sell my ticket using Lyte our official fan to fan exchange platform I went to Lyte and my ticket was not there to try and sell. When I reached out to Louder than Life asking were my ticket was, I was told sorry, we dont have anything to do with Lyte you need to contact them.They also stated that I was sent an email with instructions on what to do with the ticket and I never received that email. I believe this is fraudulent activity and that this company is just trying to s**** people into spending an exuberant amount of money. I am attending this festival with three other people. Why would I want only one VIP skybox ticket??
