    I have renters insurance thru triple a. On July 30 my car was broken into and items were stolen. By July 31st I had filed a police report also I had given my adjuster an itemized list of all things stolen by this date. My adjuster did not even file everything until Aug 7th. I periodically checked in with her and on Aug 15vo was told my case has been transferred to another adjuster for review. What she actually had done was sent my case to a sui investigator for fraud. On September 12th I met with this investigator. Who then vindicated me. For the last two months I have had to deal with an adjuster who gives me the run around and always tells me I have to get back to you. I filed a complaint with the ************************** about her. In spite, she has taken her time with my case. I believe I am forced to sue in order to get what is owed to me. She has never dealt with my claim in good faith. Her name is ***** ******.

    02/2023 I sold a 2012 ***** Silverado to CarMax, called AAA customer service, spoke with a male asked him to remove the truck from my insurance policy 09/05/2023 after reviewing my insurance dec page and bills I realized that the truck was not removed and I had been paying (via direct withdrawal) for the truck since February. Called AAA spoke with ****** emailed copy of the release of liability to her, she would send all info to upper management and would request a refund for Feb-Sep for fees paid for the truck 09/06/23, 09/19/23 called in for update on my refund, no updates available 09/20/23 received call from AAA rep ****** no updates avail, she would remove the truck from the policy to prevent any more fees to be paid 12/06/23 called in for update on my refund, no updates available 03/18/24 called in for update, spoke with ******* (***** minute call) explained everything, re-emailed release of liability to ******** document received and reviewed was told the form could not be enough proof of sale and I needed bill of sale or contract for sale 03/19/24 contract of sale between myself and Carmax emailed to ******* and ****** requested refund of fees due to me be processed and completed Note: total 12 month policy for this truck is $1456 divided by 12 is $121.33 per month, I am owed from March 2023 to Sep 2023 (7 months) total due owed to me is $849.33. I am hereby requesting a full refund for the $849.33

    I paid $379 down payment for auto insurance. The car could not be regist.ered so I closed down the account and they only refund me *****. they are refusing to pro rate my down payment or take my monthly $88 payments into consideration
