Bought a new refrigerator from Lowes in ******, ** and I was out of town on business so my wife had them deliver to the house. Lowes contracted Pilot Last Mile a DSI Logistics subsidiary to complete the delivery. Upon delivery the delivery personnel decided that walk around the house to the double doors totaling 72" in width was far too away and that the 36" front door would suffice for 33"x34" fridge. With the storm door attached they found this difficult, but forced it through regardless causing substantial damages to the 1 year old door, vinyl frame, interior walls, weather stripping, and anything else they could come into contact with. We contacted ***** to resolve who then put us in touch with ******* at Pilot Last Mile. After weeks of no responses and constant follow-up, denial of coverage (they don't have insurance coverage) from their insurance, and 8 months later this is still unresolved. ******* is a master of running circles and adding additional requirements to estimates and quotes requested (2 have been provided). Very frustrating as an entity liable for the damages not taking ownership or resolving the damages created. Our home has been in disarray waiting for this resolution that seems to never end. I have had to initiate and drive the conversation the entire way between ******* to their Insurance, back from their insurance to *******, and then remind ******* that documentation has been provided and your asks have been met in good faith. I have requested escalation multiple times and am constantly met with excuses or silence. I have also CC'*************** in all of these communications who has not intervened at all either.

This company subcontracted out to ***************** in ******* **. They delivered my first washing machine which ended up having a leak. When they went to deliver the replacement, they called me, I confirmed they were installing it (had someone meet them there) and they dropped it off in my garage. 2 days later they came back out to install the new one and take the broken one. The process to get my floor replaced from the water damage from the first machine has been horrendous. My initial conversation I was told I would have a response with in 72 hours. heard nothing, reached out, and they inform me I need more then one quote. Send it in, reach out again for a response after days of nothing, told I need another estimate. *********** in,, after 5 days I ask for an update, 3 days later receive an email to settle and confirm the address of my contractor, 3 days later told they will send the release for me to sign. I get the release a week later and instantly sign it. A week later I request an update, 5 days later I get a response they have not received the release. I then forward them the email stating "all parties have completed" and still have yet to know anything.

I was given a delivery time between 8am-12pm. At around 1pm I called the service and asked about the delivery. The company stated I was scheduled for a delivery but could not tell me when as they couldn't reach the delivery crew. At around 3pm after I called again I was told that the delivery crew were at delivery #** and I was delivery #**. Around 5pm I called again as I hadn't received any information and no delivery had been made. The company stated that the delivery crew could still not be reached and that a supervisor would contact them and in turn contact me. No contact was made. I called the company around 8pm and was told that the delivery crew had just updated their status and that my delivery had not been made. That I would receive a call from a supervisor to reschedule my delivery but they couldn't tell me when that call or delivery would be done. This fiasco happened on 06/17/23. Today is 06/18/23 @**:22am and I have yet to receive any call from the delivery service.

Pilot Last Mile is a delivery company for ******. A Pilot Last Mile customer Service agent let me know they are owned by DSI Logistics. A Pilot Last Mile truck delivered a dryer to my house but upon leaving my property, backed over my mailbox and left. I called ****** who got me in touch with Pilot Last Mile in October. I filed a claim with Pilot Last Mile, submitted all expenditures and got approval to fix my own property, which totaled $350. I was told everything has been approved and a check would be cut/mailed to me. It has been three months and I do not have a check. The representative at Pilot Last Mile (***********************) has not returned my calls/texts in over a month. This has been a terrible experience with poor customer service. I am completely in the dark and have no idea what is happening with my case. I called into Pilot Last Mile support and nobody there can help me because the case is in ******'s name. No escalation path. $350 is a lot of money to my family and I. I can supply phone records showing the dates/times I have reach out with no response as well text records.

Bought appliances from ****** in mid March. DSI was responsible for the delivery. First scheduled date was March 26, 2022. DSI was no call no show. Rescheduled for the next Tuesday. No call no show. Apri 02, 2022 DSI said they had appliances but refused delivery. Rescheduled through Lowes for April 03, 2022. DSI said they no longer had appliances, yet Lowes will not refund money because DSI never returned them. My items were charged to my Lowes card for $1600. From talking to DSI and "catching" them in several lies, I feel that my product was stolen and both companies refuse to have accountability for their gross incompetence.
