Marples Property Management is my rental property manager. I have the following complaint against this company;1- accounting errors 2- does not responses to my enquiry 3- does not fulfill its responsibilities according to its contract 4- Filing inaccurate **** tax forms 5- late distribution of funds / rent

    Business response

    02/15/2023

The complaint is completely without merit. The supposed **** issue was created by the tenant and when it was brought to Marples attention, was immediately fixed.  Marples is, and has always been responsive, and if any of these supposed issues were brought to its attention, they would be immediately addressed.

I am rejecting this response because: Marples Association is not receptive to my constructive suggestions. My original 5 compilations are still valid and not being addressed by Marples.

    Sincerely,

On 8/1/22 my husband and I applied for a house for rent that was listed at $2,850. I got the call the next day 8/2/22 that we were approved. We were then notified that the rent was increased to $3,450. The property management company and the owner of the home made no effort to fix their error. The property management company admitted to me that the price of $2,850 was entered in error by someone in their office. The owner told me that it must have been a glitch in the system and also made no effort to come down on the price. We now will not be able to afford the rent because of the misinformation that was provided on behalf of the property management company.

I've been harassed threatened and sabotaged by this rental company. They also rented me a house with rats. I woke up to 3 rats in my washer.***** Marples has been on my property without work orders uninvited and unexpectedly. She sends false work orders to come and cut off amenities their landscaper and other employees have cut off my solar on many occasions leaving me with an outstanding **** she has been on my property uninvited taking pictures of my vehicles and my license plates one of her staff members made a comment that one of the times they was at my house unexpectedly and uninvited without notice saying that if there was a man in the house he would drag them out by his feet I also have videos of the same guy being parked in front of my house driving off after me seeing him and giving me the bird they watch my house. I have to keep everything with him and text message and writing because they are constantly disrespectful I've had two dogs drowned in the pool due to their landscaper leaving the back gate open. And after it was brought she knowledge I was met with nothing but disrespect and in-compassionate attitude. On multiplications I asked to speak to the owners of the house that they are renting me to let them know the treatments and the amenities that they were subtracting from the home during my stay which every time I was denied. I had to hire true pest control people before they would send somebody out to take care of the rats All three professional said those rats Were they are not attic long before my arrival. I had to call the police on ***** Marples last week because she came over and started training the pool and told me that she was causing me not only to be responsible for her ***** sabotaging move to ruin the pool for the damage that's where I would not be able to rent in this county again I immediately called the police. I would like to be let out this contract and my deposit returned due to this harassment that's affecting my livelihood
