  I contacted the Brentwood RV repair shop located at **** Brentwood blvd suite E. I spoke with someone named **** who then referred me to the general manager ****** to set up a day and time for some repairs I inquired about. The travel fee for them to come out is $195 plus $195 an hour. When getting all my details and the reason for my call, ****** told me they were aiming for Wednesday or Thursday (August 17th/18th,2022) but did not have an exact date or time to come out. He said he would contact me to back to let me know but would need my card information. I asked if I could just give my information once they had an actual date and time and he said he would need it so that Im on the calendar and so that his drivers know they had a visit to be made and to see their availability for my inquiries. I provided my credit card information so that I was on schedule (though I had no appointment at this time). ****** then called me back and informed me that they were able to get me in for tomorrow because they cleared their schedule (August 16th, 2022) but still did not have an exact time for the visit. He said they would contact me in the morning. I called ****** to cancel with no answer. I left him a text message. I received a call by a women named ********* (***** wife) and she asked if I had a work order already. Confused as to why she didnt know, and that fact that I had just texted ****** about cancelling my appointment, I informed her that I was actually looking to cancel. She tried asking if I wanted to put it on hold and I told her no. ********* then called me back to tell me that since I canceled they wouldnt be able to give me my money back. The fact they even withdrew the money already was news to me. They sent no verification or email to me when they said they did. They did not disclose any information as to why they took my money for MAKING an appointment. They took $195 dollars when they hadnt even traveled! This company is fraud.
