    After requesting a side fence running from the front to the backyard, that it be the same height as the existing fence, they decided to do it their own way. When I complained that what they were doing was the opposite of the agreement, they decided to trash my yard. They damaged my drip system, broke flower pots, and one of my garden statues are missing. There was trash, tree roots from the neighbor's yard and other debris left behind.After numerous calls and speaking with the owner ***** was told she would come out to see my yard herself. She never came and then continued to ignore and never return my calls. I am appalled at their despicable treatments of an elderly 86 year old disabled client.

    05/06/22 they replaced a fence between our neighbor's property. When doing so, they used our hose and broke the hose-bib (what we thought initially). I noticed the leak a few days later and contacted them via email to advise them of such (including pictures), with no response. I followed up with a second email, no response. We had to have the repairs made, given the leak was fairly moderate and we were having to shut the main water off throughout the day. We did so for a few days until the plumber could come out and repair it. The repairs came to $600, given when the hose-bib was broken the pipe was also fractured and required partial replacement; for which they cut into our drywall to do so. WE DID NOT REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE DRYWALL REPAIR. I finally got a response from the office manager (****/******) who stated they would reimburse us and requested a copy of the invoice to verify the fees/repairs. I sent her the invoice on 05/23/2022 and did not receive a response. I followed up again via email on 06/01/22 and 06/08/22 with no response to either email. On 06/09/2022 I emailed ONA the owner, in response to a phone message she left stating she did not have the contact information of the Plumber and she wanted to verify the repairs with him personally. Which is a lie, as it is listed on the invoice sent in the 05/23/22 email. The 06/09/22 email AGAIN contained the contact information (as listed on the invoice). We received no response. On 06/25/22 I sent another email inquiring as to when we would receive our reimbursement check. On 06/27/22 I received an email from ******* stating they had still not been able to get in contact with the plumber and would follow up with him that day. As of 06/27/22 we have received no correspondence from ******************* 08/02/22 I posted a Yelp review, which *** responded to less than 24 hrs. of its posting, advising she has never been provided the plumber's information - which is another lie.
