    ********************* is refusing to honor the warranty on my tub. He's stopped responding to my emails and didn' even come look at the tub before saying the damages were not covered. Additionally he won't send me copies of the warranty or receipt. I even called him and asked for touch up paint but he never returned my message on that either. The emails between us that I've attached show he's asserting he knows what the problem is, quoting me an unreasonable repair price, and refusing to even try to honor the warranty though it's an adhesion issue, which their warranty is supposed to cover. Despite this, I offered to meet him half way by offering a partial payment though it should be covered for free. He refused that too.His behavior is unethical business practice. Luckily I was able to find the receipt and warranty info in my files, since he wouldn't send. The warranty is 5 years. The work was done Sept 13, 2017, so he needs to honor it till Sept 12, 2022. But he's refusing without even LOOKING at the tub first, claiming that whatever issue it's having is not covered. By not even looking at the tub problem first, he's not even making a good faith effort to honor the warranty. The problem is, this tub has always had adhesion issues. I've had to get multiple touch *** and even though the tub is barely used, the paint keeps coming off. He says because they've repaired it under warranty before, they don't have to repair it anymore though it's still under warranty. That's not how their warranty works though. They're supposed to provide repair when the paint peels due to adhesion issues, which this tub has had repeatedly. It's not my fault the tub keeps having adhesion though I'm barely even using it. I don't know if he's now the business owners, since ********************* passed away. If he's still just the manager, I want to talk to the owner and explain the history of the continued problems with this tub because ***** is stonewalling me and being unreasonable.

    I am rejecting this response because I have the approval and support of the building owners in this dispute. I paid for the tub with their knowledge and permission, so  the tub is covered by a warranty. This has nothing to do with the fact that I'm a renter, and not the owner. Bad news for. *****-- he can't wiggle his way out of honoring this warranty, I have proof of payment.  So you have an obligation to fulfill the warranty. Otherwise, my next step, with the support of the building owners,  is that I'll report you  to the California state contractors board. 

    ***** is a despicable and  pathetic person trying to not honor a warranty. Poor ****** is TURNING in her grave at how awful he's treating the business and customer base she worked hard building up for so many years. Shame on you *****, you are disgusting and shaming the memory of ******. No matter what happens here, you have to live with yourself knowing she'd be horrified by what you're doing. And you know as well as I do, she is seeing everything from above. God rest her soul.

    Mostly because I'm simply disgusted with. you for ruining ******'s amazing reputation, if you send me a FULL vial of matching touch up paint, I'll touch it up myself so I can be done with you forever. I don't even want you to enter my home, you're a BAD person. If you don't send the vial, since you've already refused to honor the warranty, I'll report you to the state contractors board, with the support of my building owners.
