I have purchased multiple warranties through SquareTrade (under Allstate) and every single experience has been frustrating. The claims process is absurdly tedious, requiring you to upload your receipt dozens of times. And even when you jump through all their hoops, they still find ways to deny valid claims.Recently, I filed a claim for a fan I rely on to sleep, and instead of honoring the warranty, they asked invasive, irrelevant questions like, What were you doing with the fan? When I told them not to send me ridiculous emails like that, they have not honored my warranty. SquareTrade wastes your time, money, and patience. Their customer service is unhelpful, the process is unnecessarily convoluted, and they dont honor their warranties.I would advise anyone to save their money and avoid this company altogether. If they actually care about customer satisfaction (which they clearly dont), they would take good care of their customers.Review from Frances W

Very disappointed with them.. Filed claims twice with these people over my dresser and first time they said it has to be done within 30 days I said ok my bad.. second time around I filed the claim over the same issue with different drawer (filed within a week!!!!), they said it's the same issue even though it's a different drawer they won't do nothing!!!!!!!!!!Piece of garbage scammers..Don't waste your money go with someone more decent..Review from James H

Tried to file a claim on a $25.00 water flosser from *******. Since it was less than a year old they wanted me to contact the company itself. They made me jump through so many loops it was ridiculous. Their website wasn't functioning to be able to file a claim online that day. ************* was awful too. I have now submitted a requested "affidavit" to have my claim settled. This company "Allstate Protection Plans " administered by the "SquareTrade" company was absolutely terrible to deal with. I would NEVER purchase any plan from them EVER again.Review from Adrienne F

Purchased the extended warranty for a television. TV quit after 8 months. Allstate says that is the manufacturer warranty. It's good for 3 years so they will not cover it on their end. It was a waste of money and a scam to pay extra. This feels illegal.Review from Jeff K

Horrible service. They send out a very unreputable technician who worsens the issue with my dishwasher then when I call back they expect you to wait 1-2 business days to have someone from scheduling reach out to you. It's already been 10 days since the first call and they can't help you out. Been through three levels of management and no help! Would never buy a plan through them again.Review from Tyrone C

Well I purchased water dispenser and a 3 year warranty at ******* after a year and 4 months item failed so I went to file a claim which was a difficult process after more than a hr of phone and submitting paperwork I was told item to big to ship to fix so they could give me the purchase price without taxes included which I felt was decent my issue is that the warranty would be closed out so I would half to repurchase dispenser and pay taxes and get new warranty which I should of been reimbursed on cost of warranty so I could get another one or they should let customers know they are one time use I feel I was cheatedReview from seth C

Trash never intended to cover nothing time I had try to file a claim one they repair the iPad and it was still damaged and they wouldn't replace it second was a bunk bed attempted to file a claim still within warranty covered period but due not filing within their 30 period and noticing of the damage after finding the warranty info later deny coverage the representatively told me he couldn't do nothing for me. Received a replacement phone S24, worse than the one I sent back, they will not do anything about it since switching carriers and droped the lousey insurance. BUYER BEWHARE !! Process to file a claim is a complete mess, good luck if you already have them.
