  I went to get my hair done on 09/15/2024 I show a picture of the color I want and I even bring in my own color. She begins bleaching my hair and then says its not enough color and brings out a color that she says is similar to one I brought then i said just as long as it comes out similar to the colors i brought she said yes and the pictures I showed her arent real its plastic hair so pretty much that she cannot get to that color so why agree to do anything and then the color she puts in my hair is In no way similar. She tells me in beginning also that it will be 280 for the service then at the end charged me 510 for hair that looks nothing like the picture after using my hair dye still doing it terrible. I dont mind any price if its the color i wanted but she didn't knowing she couldn't because supposedly the picture is fake its my friends hair color. The color is possible. I contacted fantastic sams yesterday. She also should be able to tell by the amount of dye I brought would be enough before bleaching not after. I cant figure out how to attach pictures but can email to someone if needed.

  On February 2, 2023, I visited this salon for a single process color. Website says $65.00.They charged $190.00. I've never paid anywhere close to that at any fantastic ***'s, and the stylist claims she charges by the product. This is NOT what their website says, and this was NEVER communicated to me. I wanted my money returned, and I'd pay the appropriate price. She says they have no manager and told me to ****** for an owner. **** says they overcharge a lot as well, above the posted price. Also, I filed this complaint previously but BBB stated it couldnt reach the business. I call them frequently requesting a refund; they always answer. Can you please call them? ************

  On February 2, 2023, I visited this salon for a single process color. Website says $65.00. They charged $190.00. Ive never paid anywhere close to that at any fantastic Sams, and the stylist claims she charges by the product. This is NOT what their website says, and this was NEVER communicated to me. I wanted my money returned, and Id pay the appropriate price. She says they have no manager and told me to ****** for an owner. **** says they overcharge a lot as well, above the posted price.
