  I will paste email i origanlly sent below, i just want to state this to maybe help. I understand under normal circumstances a website/ company can just simply deny me access. But i making thi scomplaint because, this company is a payroll company, they have every bit of my personal info one can have, they have my name, my address, my DOB, my SS number, my drivers lic. number, my email ,my phone number, EVERYTHING one would need to steal my identity and to commit fraud. I have had access to this web site for over 5 years, now all of a sudden i am blocked. They have had a massive security breach where everyones info was hacked, now im blocked. Im not sure if they are hiding something but there is no reason for them to deny me access to an account ive had for over 5 years. Hello, There is a company called Entertainment Partners (EP) that is a payroll company. I did not sign up for an account but had multiple separate employers sign me up so that i can do all my tax paperwork and time cards online. different employer used different emails for me. So for the past 5+ years i have had two accounts at EP. Each account is my name, mySS number, my address, my phone number my DOB. Every single item is the same for me except my email. *** never had a problem accessing each account simply by signing in with the different emails. Last week i was not able to access one of the accounts. I was told today that i can not acceess my account info. I can still log into each account. Both accounts are still active. I just cant look at any info in one of them. Again i have access for over 5+ years to both accounts till now. So my one account, I know it is 100% active, they will not allow me to access it. I monior all accounts from time to time (3-4 times a year) , credit cards, pay roll companies ( i have 3 that i use) , credit reporting agencies,paypal, retirement fund, etc,etc,etc. Ive had a number of times i caught people using my accounts.
