We've had such an excess of problems with this company that the character limit for the reviews is not enough to even cover the gist of it. Just as an example. Me and my father had to pay out of pocket to repair our own roof after their techs came in to install brackets, not even solar panels, just the brackets. They did not follow up for weeks at a time, and were extremely difficult to even get a hold of for simple follow **** We spent more time cleaning up after them, or trying to get a hold of them, then they did actually working on the project. Sadly even the phone calls were extremely unprofessional. Just a disappointment that we were legally obligated to put up with. They were attentive until they got the signatures from my parents, who are seniors, and then proceeded to become the most absent company I've ever dealt with.

************** 5/4/2023 I just wanted to give a high five to *** and the team that constructed the Adu on the back of my property. I originally called them out to paint the exterior of my home, but we got to talking about my husband passing and the worry I had regarding my income. I didn't want to be that person struggling to even buy a meal for myself, he started to explain to me that an Adu would be immediate income. I was worried about how to pay for something like this and he explained everything so well so simple to understand. He helped me apply for the loan explained the rent from the *** not only will pay for the loan but will bring me $1200 plus in income every month. I haven't done anything big without my husband before so this was a big step.I really needed my hand held tight, and *** did just that. as I'm writing this, I was thinking about how I read the reviews and formed a quick judgedment about his company.and then rememberd how my sister loves to write reviews. I remember she gave a company a bad review because one of the workers left a soda can on the fence and it bothers me to think that her inability to allow people not to be perfect probably affected someone's lively hood. I've seen first hand how many things are going on at one time when doing a job like this. People are always going to have something to complain about. It's just how we are wired unfortunately. When the construction was going on *** never missed a walk-through. Never missed a phone call I could see that this was something he loved to do and that made me feel even better about doing this project. lDid we have some hiccups along the way of course we did. Who wouldn't. I can say that my Adu is perfect so perfect that I decided to move into it myself and rent out the big house in the front to make a lot more income on the rent. Thank You again *** this was a crazy adventure for me. Please thank your team as well.

Elite home remodeling did a great job on my kitchen remodel and the removal of the wall between the living room and the kitchen. I know I have the open concept I always wanted and it came out amazing thanks guys.
