This company ***ls all hours of the day, high pressure rude sales people. I have purchased in the past to my dismay. Cheap overpriced misrepresented products. I have added my business line to the national do not ***l list and informed them. They continue to ***l. At this point. It is harrasment. Last Saturday recieved a *** at 615 am. Sales person said, "oh youre not up yet, Ive been up since 530" and hung up the phone. Company also uses lo*** ohone number generator of some sort.Business response

I am a newly established contractor. I work alone and have no employees. I received *** notification that package is arriving from the Ace industrial supply. Received it and there were some unibits inside and some gloves. They included invoice for almost $800 to be paid.I never contacted or ordered anything from them Right away, I called the number on the invoice and let them know that I never ordered anything from them.They said that they have a record of me approving the purchase over a text message. That is a lie. I don't need unibits and I never received any text messages from them, nor I buy anything through text messages. I told them to provide me with a return shipping label so i can send their package back. They refused and said that before this happens their sales department has to fill a return form. Otherwise, they said I am going to have to pay for the shipping label myself.I asked what if just throw their junk bits in the trash. They said they will send my account into collections.I never talked to them before and never created an account.They said that have to wait for their sales department to contact me withing next 2 days. If I don't hear from them then I need to call again. They find contractors info on public websites, create fake accounts and ship products in hopes nobody notices and pays their bogus invoices. If they do notice, they play games and threaten them.Business response

Company calls businesses saying they will send out a free sample. Called many times and insist. Sample comes in with a bill for almost $400 and we refuse as we did not request or want. Sent back their sample and keep getting calls and bills.Business response

on 10/9/2024 A salesperson by the name of ***** ***** called me and offered to send tools for us to test and review for them in exchange for us purchasing consumables for said tools in the future and referring Ace industrial to other Constuction companies. When said tools arrived, they came with an excessive number of consumables and a invoice for $ ********. I called the salesman back to dispute and get returned then he told me to get ahold of their customer service. I got ahold of customer service ************** and spoke with ******* at ext 4820 on 10/24/2024 and she said to call back in a week if I don't hear back from *****. Kodie never calls, and I made 1 call on 10/31/2024 they didn't answer and I left a voicemail. I made 2 calls on 11/04/2024 and never got an answer and then I sent an email on 11/06/2024 to ***************** as its their only email on their website stating that if they didn't help me resolve the dispute in a week that I would be contacting the BBB.Business response

I took a call from them back in July and accepted an order of Black Widow drill bits. Seemed to be a decent enough product. Upon breaking the 1/2 bit I was sent a replacement which was fine but also where things went south. I accepted an offer to try some other products of theirs and once received figured out the exact same bits and extractors are available on ****** at a fraction of the price. Literally the only difference is the engraving for black widow branding by ***. Been calling and emailing them for weeks now and havent had a call returned at all. I just want them to get their box of the last order back as I will not pay the price they invoice when its clearly available on ****** for 20-25% of their pricing. Even sent the examples from ****** complete with part numbers and to avail, they dont care and dont have the fortitude to answer for it. So I guess that box of bits will go on the shelf for if they ever decide they want them back. I will not pay their prices and I hope no one else takes the pitch I did the first time either. They promise if you dont like them for any reason to call them and they will take care of it. I was told that numerous times but apparently thats not how it is. This was allegedly a try this and if you dont like it we will take care of it.Business response

Ace industrial supply called me sometime in September, 2024. They said they have a special going where they give tools away if you buy a certain amount of another item. They reeled me into it. I had doubts and called them back on 9/24 and said Id like to cancel my order. She said they would. On 9/25 that a label had been created and they were soon to ship my order. I called them back on 9/30 as I had seen where it had been shipped. She said sorry she tried to stop it. Then the salesman tried to call me from a no caller ID number on 10/1 after I had refused the package at my door. He wanted to give me a better deal as they do not make you pay for 30 days. I said no. Today, 10/4, a package from ACE shows up on my doorstep. When I call to ask about the package they say it was drop shipped and from the first order. They then ask me to open the package to read out the invoice number. I told them no and was able to refuse this package again. I feel this will keep going on and on. I would like them to cease sending me these packages. I also believe that they will tell me an item will be lost or not received when they do receive the refused packages according to reviews online. This has happened to multiple people. I have done business with *** in the past. Luckily I have a new debit card because Ive also seen that they will debit money from your account if they have your card on file.Business response

Aug 29 2024 charged credit card without any authorization. When asked for return slip to get refund and have the stuff we did not order sent back to them they refused to send anything or give us our money back. Ive spoken to numerous people all of which end up putting me on hold for hours on end just for the next person to do the same. This business should not be aloud to operate when they scam people and take their card info for payments they havent got any okay to use!Business response

I was called by an extremely shady salesman offering me some FREE samples and some FREE gifts. These items I was told were display or overstock from their suppliers and as such were free to me. I am ok with paying shipping but I get a $4800 bill and NASTY calls about settling my account. I told the salesman I was not home and will not be home and NOT to send quickly as I would not be home to receive the items. My girlfriend opened the boxes that were sent but there was maybe $1500 worth of products and not at all what I was told they were sending. I have asked multiple times to return the mess and they say I cannot. They say that they will not accept anything past 30 days. I have asked repeatedly for an invoice showing me what I would be paying for and I have not received ANYTHING. Then they try to give me some e-mail address that is close to but NOT an e-mail I used more than a year ago.Business response
