  The worse service I have ever experienced. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism! My car was towed and I was told by the driver my car would be in Good hands, and it made more sense to tow the vehicle to their lot instead of to my home. We ended up agreeing that it would be easier to leave it there so I can grab my items. I was not once told about ANY fees because I towed with ***. I came today to grab an item from the car and I was told there would be no issue doing so. I called before to make sure I had what I needed and I also asked if it would be possible for the employee to grab the said item from the vehicle the employee informed me that it was against the law for them to enter the vehicle I said ok and made my way. Upon arrival I was met with the worse attitude from the owner himself, who when I asked to retrieve the items, he questioned what I would be doing with the vehicle instead of allowing me to do what I had inquired to do, he also even suggested that he retrieve the items after I was told by the employee that it was illegal to do so. He told me it's his company so he makes the rules. He was not empathetic he threatened me with either him being an "******* or a nice guy" when in fact he was being horrible to begin with. He told me information that contradicted everything he was saying "if you sign your pink slip over you don't have to pay the tow fee but you still have to pay for the night fees" then proceeded to say that *** doesn't cover the tow which they did and had they not they would have contacted . He then proceeded to contradict himself when I called my father to talk to this unreasonable man, and said to him that if I sign the pink slip over I won't have to give him a thing. I only came to retrieve one item from my car and instead I left signing over my pink slip and now have lost all access to whatever is in my vehicle to avoid any charges. They also showed me a receipt that I signed that had the night fees that are not on my copy
