From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful and patient. They took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way. There were no hidden fees or confusing terms and they made sure I was fully informed about how a Gold and Silver *** works and how it could benefit my retirement plans. My parents were looking to move some money out of their old ***s but navigating the Precious Metals *** companies was very daunting for them. We did some research and had several conversations with *** at GoldenCrest. *** was very patient with both of my parents and was willing to go over things multiple times to make them feel comfortable. I know we made the right choice based on ***'s attitude and knowledge. I am now in the process of rolling over a 401k from my old job into a precious metals ***. This was my first experience at setting up and funding a precious metals IRA *** initial contact at GoldenCrest ********************* who was super helpful and attentive in setting an appointment for me to start my account and help get the funds transferred. They ensured I was comfortable with the decision to move funds over as a beginner, I was able to get the process done in a matter of two weeks and after they assisted me and the metals purchasing process, They ensured I understood all of my options and what was available to me in the market. Could not recommend this company any more. Attention to detail, service, and pricing were the top three for me personally
