I took my 2017 330e in because I wanted to get an estimate on why the car stopped charging . They claimed it would cost 5k to fix . They charged me $300 to diagnose the problem. When I drove off the lot the car engine started smoking . They deliberately did something to my car to force me to return and pay them more money to fix it . When I complained about it they didnt take responsibility whatsoever. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I brought my 2016 X5 early in March to Bob Smith BMW to get diagnosed for water damage by our insurance and here our problem has been started. The damage had a potential of total lost, but this is not how it worked with these people. The car value is around $17k and they charged me near $16k and I have all the invoices. They started to send invoices with smaller amount to my insurance to get their work started and once I figure out it was already too late, I had to pay $5k for they investigation on water damage.According to the invoice I received and make the story short after 2 months of keeping my car in their shop we got our car back with 1. interior damage, driver carpet is missing, the rest of the carpets that supposed to be replaced was all dirty.2. Check engine is on.3. They assembled the head unit unprofessionally with no screws and I found it out while driving and heard something is loosed behind the dash.4. They messed up the sunroof alignment after they have done water test. now its clicking and bracket is completely detached. There are still the trace of the water damage on the sunroof.5. According to the invoice they rotate the tire and checked tire pressure nothing was done same as before. 6. The smell in the car is awful I don't know what they did inside. 7. They had to uninstall the engine and the exhaust base on their invoice and now I hear rattle noise from the exhaust of something underneath and now HEAR THIS:When I returned the car back to their shop for correction they REFUSED to fix what they have missed and they ask for diagnosing fee and still they won't fix anything.

I had my new mini serviced at *** Smiths *********************** and according to the invoice I received, they had completed my service. After I left, I checked my tire pressure, knowing that the tires needed air, my tire pressure was exactly the same as when I took it in. That got me thinking, if they didnt do that, which states on the invoice that they had, what else did they not do.?I called the employee, *************************** and explained my concern to her and she stated that it could be the weather. And didnt say much after that. She did not offer help or assistance, and didnt seem to care too much. I will never take my car in to *** Smith ********* ever again. And will recommend to friends and family not to go there either.
