in november 2023 I contacted Aloha plumbing to replace a mobile home bathroom sink which was white, They quoted a $1,000 fee but never gave me an itemize breakdown of the cost. All went well until August 2023 when I noticed a couple of cracks in the basin of the sink and notified them. they came out and took pictures and after two days of calling them notified me that the crack was caused by something falling on the sink I explained nothing of the sort happened I was willing to take a lie detector, Then owner started getting rude with me that he had his pictures and that was that and that he would not honor the one year warranty of the sink.

In regards to ************************* Case ID 20454642 we installed a sink for her in November of **************************************************************************************************************** her sink. She has a shelf above her sink that has knick knacks, ceramic fish, turtle and misc...other things on it. We replaced her sink, as agreed, back in November as noted. She contacted our office in August 2023 almost a year later stating her sink was cracked. The other owner, *****************, went to her residence to take a look at the sink and noted that a similar crack in the middle of the sink was present, which shows where something was dropped, and the crack spidered out as it did before with her previous sink (which we did not install).

**** explained to her that she may want to remove the shelf because it seems things keep dropping since this is her 2nd time in less than a year, and that crack is not a stress fracture crack, but clearly that something was dropped once again. He further explained the manufacturer of the sink can't be responsible for the break, and nor is this a labor issue on our part. She was upset and wanted our company to replace her sink for free. He told her that we cannot do that in this case because we did not crack her sink a year later.

I will attach my pictures that were taken August 7, 2023 at 3:30 pm. We will also attach a picture of the shelf that shows all the items that she still has above her sink. I will further note that she has gone to social media slandering my company at no fault of ours, so I will be sending a cease and desist; and past that, I will retain legal counsel with this customer if the issue persists'.

See attached pics and call me or email me directly should you have any further questions.

On December 3, 2022, a new water heater was installed that cost $2277.00. Old natural gas water heater replaced with propane water heater. Without being informed, I called them because so after installation, I didn't have hot water and was told that the technician who did the installation did not put in a conversation kit which is how I found out it was a propane water heater. Then I was informed it was a bad water heater from manufactory and not their work. After initial the installation I had to call no less than 23 times to have them come out and restart the pilot so that I could have hot water. In the past two and half months, the longest I have had hot water was 16 days without interruption. The owner of the company said they would replace the propane water heater with natural gas one but would not provide me with a warranty (that is not professional). I tried several times to find some kind of resolution and/or refund as a result of their faulty work and product, but was not successful. Aloha informed me that there was nothing more they can do and would no longer honor their work and/or warranty. It would now cost me $150 for them to come out to fix their problem.

    Regarding this property:

We initially installed a ******** ***** water heater in December. The customer called saying she had no hot water. We went back out for free and found the pilot light was out, we re-lit it and left. She called again saying the same thing. After that happened a few times we decided to install ANOTHER NEW water heater free of charge! The same thing happened.

We called ******** ***** ourselves to see what this could be since our workmanship was not an issue! They said to call Signature Sales out of Riverside (whom they contract with) to take a look and troubleshoot the issue. They went out several times and could not figure anything out either. We went out free of charge 17 times! After further discussion with ******** ***** they suggested that her entire vent stack should be replaced because they cannot see why the unit would keep going out?! It was a mystery to all involved. We told her our fee to do that since it would be additional work, not part of her installation and she said "no, I cannot afford it." Past that, and us going out for FREE 17 times trying to help her best we can and installing not 1 unit but 2 (second one for FREE) we had to tell Virginia then at this point if she does not want to redo her vent stack as suggested she should call ******** ***** herself try to get additional assistance since our workmanship was fine and this is out of our hands.

Apparently she called another company out (we know because they contacted us) to let us know they, too, found nothing wrong with our installation and they agreed with us try to the only thing and redo the vent stack as suggested.

We went above and beyond out of care and concern for her trying to do our best due diligence with this customer so why her son (who has nothing to do with this, especially since he did not pay us) is causing this issue attempting to discredit us is mind blowing to me.

Any further questions let me know.
    Thank you.
