Short backstory -We never processed payroll with ADP - it was a nightmare implementation and we finally decided to part ways last year . Back in late 2021 we were charged, again in April 2022 and again 2/22/23. Back almost a year ago Kyle Stephens sent me an email saying he would take care of it - Apparently it was never taken care of .  On 4/14/22, 10/2/22 , 12/16/22, 1/4/23, 1/11/23, 2/21/23 & 2/22/23 I emailed Kyle and called and left messages with him and in general mailboxes. Not one single response. Kyle not only refused to return my calls but also my emails.  On 3/2/23, 3/16, 3/2923 4/1/23 contacted and still nothing - it's ridiculously rude and I am at my wits end with this and the length of time dealing with this is just insane.  We want a refund for every single penny ADP has charged all our companies Pico Cleaners, Flora J Corporation, Robertson Cleaners & Pico Carpet Cleaning. List of charges I gathered from our Bookkeeper per company are as follows: Pico Cleaners 2/22/23 - $269.50 4/14/22 - $596.89  Flora J Corporation: 2/22/23 - $231.00 12/31/21- $109.50 Robertson Cleaners: 2/22/23 - $38.50 12/31/21 - $109.50 It's been an unacceptably long time trying to deal with this matter. We never processed ONE SINGLE PAYROLL with them yet they charged us for services never even given to us over $1300. Unacceptable

The representatives constantly give incorrect information. They send you incorrect service forms and once you call up on the paperwork status, they don't take accountability for giving out incorrect paperwork to you. You have to fix it yourself and start over. Ridiculous. They seem like they could care less about assisting financial advisors and their book of business. Not to mention the hold times for 401ks are over 2 hours closer to 3 hours. How do they expect us to do business with them? It must be real nice getting paid to do nothing. Audrey Webb is a representative who gives incorrect service paperwork and will not take accountability once called out on her lazy work. ADP is the worst company to use. I do not recommend!!!
