We had an appointment at Woof Pack on 1/19/23, for our recently rescued, previously abused dog, Lucky. Lucky has been to their shop five times now, with nothing but rave reviews. C***** ******** was his groomer. She was aggressive, presumptuous, and interrupted, and berated us non stop. It was pretty obvious that she does not like huskies. She abused her position in many ways. She broke shop policy and failed to call me when Lucky was done. She used her anger with us out on Lucky, which is purely disgusting. After I finally was able to pick him up, He was terrified. It took us over a month to get him to accept his crate at home again. She purposefully left Lucky sitting in his crate in his own excrement for an unknown amount of time. At pick up, she screamed at me. About how dirty he was, how much work his coat needed, that he was FAT. Basically just yelling the worst things at me and waving her hands in my face, and pointing her fingers at me. I wanted to run out of there, so I signed the check and left. During the screaming, C***** threatened me with a phone call from the owner, I said GREAT! About 5 days go by, no call. So, we tried calling her, multiple times. They were giving us the run around. After that didn’t work, we still wanted to be able to be heard by the owner, so we decided to go old school and write her a letter. We sent it certified mail and it was received by the shop on 1/31/23. It had both of our phone numbers and email addresses. hat brings me to this week. We never heard from M*****, the shop owner. We didn't know what to do, so we took our names off the letter and posted it on Facebook. No response from M*****, but C***** apparently had a lot more bullying and this time a very public berating, relentless, pages long responses just gaslighting us and trying to manipulate us into making asses of ourselves. But we are not juvenile beings, so when we knew we could most definitely not handle this ourselves, we reached out to you guys. After tons from C*****, M***** finally responds just as bad, well worse, as she is the owner; responds defending the animal abuse going on at her shop. So she decides to also insult us in every way. This harassment has to stop. She has figured out several ways to post to my personal account, and she needs to stop. They also took a video that I was unaware existed until C***** posted it publicly. I absolutely did not give my permission to them for taking a video of my dog for them to use for their own personal benefit.
