    "Fast Pass" car wash subscription was cancelled 3 months ago and is still showing up on my billing statement. Multiple calls have been made to the business to resolve the issue but nothing has been fixed. I would like all future charges to be removed from my account.

    I apologize that your plan wasn't successfully cancelled originally. I looked into your account for you and I can confirm that as of yesterday your plan is fully cancelled and we have processed a refund of $25.98 to your card on file. You should receive that in 3-5 business days. You will also no longer receive any charges in the future.

    On April 14th this business scratched my interior window, on the driver rear door. I called Classic Car wash the next day immediately. I spoke with a representative that said they would review one of the many cameras. They never got back to me, resulting to me having to drive there and speak to another representative ********* in person. He then tried to place the blame on me saying that I scratched my own window. I came back 2 days later, still with no response and spoke with another representative saying that they spoke with the owner. And that Classic Car wash will replace and refund me the tinted window. I have still not heard back from them. I want justice.This location was *************************************************************************************

    I wanted a car wash (exterior, interior, vacuuming), so I went through Classic Car Wash on **** ****** in *** ****** *** on September 25, 2022. They told me about a special they were having, a fast pass ****** for two car washes and all the free drive-through cars washes I wanted in one month. So I bought it, thinking it was for one month. They charged my bank account ****** again in October, and I called them, leaving a message to tell them I didn't want this service and to cancel it. They never called me bank. I also called my bank to have the charge removed. My bank removed the charge. Now they've charged me ****** again, and I've called them again, but they haven't called back. The Classic Car Wash office number for the "fast pass" is XXX-XXX-XXXX, **** **** Supposedly, I still have a second car wash, but I don't dare go here again until this is resolved.

    I ordered the least expensive car wash and told that if I purchased the car wash that was priced at ****** I could also get a pass for unlimited exterior washes for 30 days. That in itself was a scam but when the cashier explained it to me I was given a phone number to call if I wanted to cancel and was told there would be "no questions asked". When I called this number nobody answered any of the 5 times I called. Finally, I left a message but did not receive a return phone call and because of this I went to the location to see if I could cancel it there. I was told I had to be patient and to wait but it would be cancelled. Ultimately, I was charged and I still can not get a return phone call to talk to anyone about it. This is a really bad business practice!

Please reach out if there was any issues with the refund but it should be in your bank. I have attached a picture of the refund receipt.

    My Name is ******* ********, On March 14th, I took My ******** **** **** to the Classic Car Wash on ************** Ave to have My ********* ******** to be cleaned and detailed. I notice that My was still in the detailed tent and I was ahead of the other folks. So, I asked why is My car still there under detailed tent...Long, story short; An employee had damage My Leather Steering Wheel with some sort of chemicals and I instantaneously ask for the head manager, one employee said come back tomorrow. The next day on the 15th, I came back and still no ******** so I made a claim with My *** Insurance with My Claim #XXXX-XX-XXXX. So, *** called the Car Wash Company and the manager of the car wash stated My long finger nail ruined; I've had My Infiniti for 3 years and My Nails never cost any damage until I visited that business. My steering wheel is being replaced but I still have to pay a 250.00 deductible. Which, Paid classic car wash 109.00 to detail and wash My **** So, Now, I am paying ****** bucks to clean My *************** truly **** ******* ******** XXX-XXX-XXXX
