    TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PATIENCE. They came out and supposedly diagnosed the problem with my Viking stove exhaust fan, which would sometimes stop working after a few minutes. They then replaced some part and the fan is COMPLETELY DEAD. I asked the technician why he replaced that part, as it was not working at all, and he said he did not know and that it was something else and the part should not have been replaced. Then Trinity did NOTHING for over a week, as my home warranty company repeatedly called them and asked them for more information - including how to fix the fan and what parts would be needed. Then - after Trinity broke my fan - they told my home warranty company they did not want to work on it any longer. As another review mentions, if you call them they will never answer instead you will just get an automatic text that says "sorry we missed your call" then they will text you to see what you need. When I called yesterday and asked for a supervisor, I got the standard "sorry we missed your call" text, and then a text saying "***** will call you back with all the details." Of course, ***** never called back - maybe ***** is very shy or maybe she does not have the "details" because they do not know what is wrong with my exhaust fan or how they broke it. They do not even deserve 1 star, but I have to give at least 1 star to post the review. A team of blind monkeys could have done a better job.

    I paid this company for a diagnostic, they have refused to tell me what is wrong with my appliance and tell me that they will not be able to find the issue unless they are paid for the repair. They did not disclose this information when I scheduled the appointment. They have ignored my text messages and calls and was told that I would be contacted by a supervisor which never happened. When anyone calls the company, they will never answer instead you will just get an automatic text that says "sorry we missed your call" then they will text you to see what you need. Keep in mind that at no point does this company asks you to opt in or agree to receive text messages. Please do not do business with this company and go somewhere else for any repairs or related matters.

    I had Trinity Appliance Services come to my home on October 8th, 2022 to repair my freezer. I pad them $479.14 by a check that was deposited on October 11th, 2022. This month I found that the exact same check was deposited a second time. When looking at this check I noticed that the date was changed to 10/8/2023. Once my bank reverses the illegal second deposit, I will be contacting my local authorities to press charges on this company.I highly recommend to NEVER use this company.
