    **** signed my business up for a partnership without explaining any details to me. In the middle of an email exchange between **** and I - ***** responded to let me know **** was no longer with crunch. I sent an email to ***** asking him to cancel my partnership and never received a response. Instead! I was charged $200 at 1am this morning.. I called crunch asking for a manager, they were not in yet but the representative I spoke with assured me someone would call by 930am, 10am the latest. They did not. I called an hour after they said a manager would reach out to me. My phone call with ***** was really disappointing and truthfully unlike anything Ive ever experienced, especially with someone holding a management title. I explained to him I was never told anything about an annual fee and never signed a contract or seen or received anything in writing relating to my partnership. He was condescending, arrogant and rude. He refused to give me the contact information to file a complaint - after guiding me that this was the way to resolution. He said you know.. to make your life easier Ill give you my district managers contact info - rather then guiding on me what he originally told me to do, cause I imagine it would have led me nowhere. Im not even sure if this email will reach the right person. I have never used a single perk with crunch. **** was incredibly misleading. Putting my card on file does not equate to my authorization of charging me for fees I have never agreed, seen in writing or consented to. I will report this to my bank as fraud, and the business itself, if this company does not reverse this charge.

    I have been a Santa Clarita resident for over 30 years. My 19 year old daughter became a member - mysteriously my daughter was signed up for 2 memberships which resulted in her being double charged for 2 months. (Monthly fee and Annual fee). Im not aware how systematically this could even happen since its the same name, age, dob and address but it happened. Today was my 3rd time I had to go in person to request a refund. Everytime Ive went I was advised it takes 5-7 business days for her refund to be applied. Today makes a month (20 business days) and still no refund. So today I visited the gym again on behalf of my daughter with my daughter and spoke with the manager **** for the 3rd time. After explaining my frustration (duplicate payment resulting in overdraft fees on my daughter account) I asked for the corporate office contact info (email or number) - so I can contact them myself to get this issue resolved. I was advised Crunch does not have a corporate office or contact info only the manager **** can resolve this. Im not sure if this issue is not being taken seriously because of my daughter age (she is 19), her gender (she is female) or her race (African American), but I have never experienced a company taking over a month to refund a mistake that their employee made which resulted in financial hardship and fees before. I was advised to please allow another 5-7 business days for refund to be applied. It appears this company has been scamming and erroneously been charging their client with no consequences. With my daughter bring 19 yrs old she did research this company and it appears by research my daughter is not the only customer this has happened too.

    The manager added my son with two completely different names and was double charging me. I cannot see it any other way than him trying to get more commission in upping his sales. I confronted him and he told me it was an "honest mistake", I don't think I can believe that. Well anyways that prompted me to look back on all my previous charges with them and saw additional charges on my account without my authorization or consent (always been a 1 member account before signing my son recently). These charges estimated to about $600! Crunch is currently looking into it since these charges don't show up on their accounts with me but do show up on my banking payment history. I am currently disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank. I hope to get a complete refund! I do not know how such people (untrustworthy) can be hired with this scam-y work ethic and how the employees could have access to such sentive information (my client account/card on file). It would be hard to believe that I am the only victim. This all started while I was about 5months pregnant too (10-25-21), this person has no sympathy and should be imprisoned. At this point just getting my money back doesn't sit well with me. I cancelled my membership as I cannot do business with a company I cannot trust, plain and simple. Hopefully I do not get anymore problems
