    I placed this order on 11/26/2022 and still have not received it or an email giving me the status of my order or a tracking number. I have tried to contact Spa Santa Cruz by email and phone and both are invalid. My credit card was charged days ago.     On June 17, 2022 I placed an online order ********************************************************************************************** On 6/30/2022 I received 2 of the 4 items ordered, and there was a message on the packing slip stating that 2 of the items were on backorder due to supply chain issues. I have ordered from this company a few times before and never had any problems, so I didn't think anything about the backordered items and I discarded the packing slip. The items ordered ************************************************************ which I received, and one 4 ounce bottle ******************************************, with an identical free bottle to be sent as a gift (gifts are issued based on amount spent). The ******* Cleanser is $34 per bottle, and the ******** Cleanser is $36 per bottle. Despite part of the order not being available, my credit card was charged the full amount of $104 (no sales tax or shipping/handling was charged). Since one bottle was a gift, I am out $36.00. On 8/4/2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order, but received no response. I sent another email on 8/8/2022, and a third email on 8/9/2022. I have yet to receive a response via email, and I cannot find a telephone number or address listed on the website, only the email address ********************** Ultimately I would like to have the products I ordered, but if their availability is still unknown, then I would like a refund. However, I have no way of knowing the status of the order since the business has failed to respond to my inquiries.

    On March 15, 2022, I ordered and paid for some Rhonda Allison facial wash for $34.00. The charge went on my ENT Federal Credit Union Debit card. When I ordered the item it showed in stock and ready to ship. On 03/18/2022 I received an email from Spa Santa Cruz staying that their company is having issues with the manufacturer sending them the product I ordered and there was no end in sight on when I could expect the item. The email had an alert message that it could be a scam email and to use caution if responding to it. I email spasantacruz from the email link on their website requesting to cancel the order due to not having a delivery date. I received no response. I sent a total of 4 emails to Spa Santa Cruz requesting to cancel the purchase. Still no response. The website does not have a phone number or address listed anywhere on their site so I searched through the BBB for that information and found an address and phone number. I called the phone number and the answering machine answered and said I had reached *****. The answering mentioned nothing about the business " Spa Santa Cruz." I left a message today and did not receive a call back. I noticed there was another complaint filed against the company through the BBB resembling mine. I have attached my email efforts and my original receipt for the order. I appreciate any assistance you can provide for me.
