    I ordered two decks from the Neopets Battledome TCG on Feb. 4th, they shipped the same day, and they arrived on the 7th! Super impressed with the speed of shipping. The decks were both missing two rare item codes to redeem on the website, which is a known issue with some of the decks, and I was ready for. So I emailed customer services, and I received a reply in MINUTES from ****. Coby was incredibly helpful, to the point, and we emailed back and forth a couple of times. My entire issues was solved within minutes of receiving the packages in the mail. I'm very satisfied.

    I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response to my problem. When my redemption cards did not arrive as promised, I called customer service. Coby, a rep, listened to my issue and responded within minutes with an email to resolve my problem. I received my replacement cards within four days. I was excited to see my favorite players inside the package. That is what I expect when spending hard earned money on their products. Thank you, Coby and the rest of your team for putting a smile on my face.

    Had a great customer experience facilitated by ***** *. Had a box with a card missing and another card that had no back. They were able to fulfill my replacement request in under four weeks, and I ended up with two great hits! Couldn't be happier.

I reached out to the ************* Team via email, and I received a response back within an hour. ****** was able to quickly help me with my order and made the process extremely easy!     Bought Neopets starter deck packs that were originally shipped to stores without the code for online rewards. Contacted customer service, dealt with Coby, and within less than ***************************************************************** (snail mail, but super impressed with the quick reply and help from customer service!)
