    I placed an order for the 2021 EDGE 10-PIECE SET through **** on December 19, 2024. Shortly after, I received a notification that the item had been shipped via ***. However, the product has not been delivered to me to this day. *** states that the shipping contract is between themselves and Callaway Golf, so they cannot provide me with detailed information. Meanwhile, Callaway Golf has ignored all my attempts to contact them regarding this delivery delay and has provided no feedback whatsoever. I have filed a dispute through my credit card company, but this process is also taking longer than expected. I am seeking a refund by any means necessary.

    Placed order with Callaway Golf Preowned web site. Trade-in was performed in association with this purchase. I was supposed to receive a $180 credit for the trade-in within 7-14 days. Today it the 22nd day and no credit has been received for my trade. I have mailed Callaway customer service at least three times. Their latest email stated I would receive a response within 3-5 business days. I have contacted Callaway customer support twice in the last week and was told by the agent that he was sending the matter over to a manager. As of Friday, Dec 22, there is still no credit. The return shipping invoice was uploaded to show that Callaway received the trade-in club on Nov 5, 2024. Always had a good opinion of Callaway until this occurred. Want the credit of $180 returned to my credit card.

    Im so ANGRY!! I bough my husband the new smoke max 10.5 degree driver stuff and it broke the only way they said they would replace it because we could not find the receipt was the club we sent it in and now there is no record of them having the broke club any of the calls nothing and Im just being ignored. Im about to blast them in social media this is a joke I just want the replacement they promised ughhh ??

    I bought a Callaway Org 14 golf cart bag with a two year warranty in May of 2022. I contacted Callaway in March of this year when two of the zippers broke. I was told I would have to go through the golf shop (**********************, *********, **, *****) for a ***lacement. I immediately contacted ***** and they sent off an email to the local Callaway ******** never responded. ***** golf head pro ********************* called and left a voicemail and took pictures of the warranty issue and sent another email to the local *** and no response. I have since learned several other local golf course shops say the local Callaway *** is not very good at returning calls or messages. I believe ***** has sent at least 4 emails with no responses. I again called Callaway and explained the issue with the local *** and I received a canned response to go back through my local golf course. Here we are a few days short of 6 months and my bag still hasn't been ***laced.

    I purchased a shirt online and was charged on 6/30 (order WCA720360). As of today, 8/3, I still have not received the item. The merchant stated that the package would be declared lost and I could receive a refund after 7 business days. The item arrived in **********, ** on 7/18 at 11:31. ***** logs shows the package arrived at another location, also in ********** on 7/25 at 2:05 am. The merchant still refuses to refund the delivery despite being charged on 6/30.

    On June 10, 2024 Callaway advertised 2x trade in value towards purchase of new clubs. When I went through check out process it stated I would receive a $900 refund (450 for old clubs x 2 - 900). They sent me 463. I have argued with them over this, and they said on 500 limit. I am a senior citizen and a 100% disabled veteran. I am shocked by their business practice and want the rest of my refund!

    Date of transaction: August 6, 2023 I ordered a Golf Rangefinder from Callaway Golf for $39.00. The company charged my credit card immediately. Although the rangefinder price of $39.00 was probably $200 less than normal, it was explained by the fact that the website said they were trying to clear out inventory. It is now Oct. 23, 2023 and I still don't have the rangefinder. I have been dealing with customer service thru email (13 emails back and forth) for weeks now. The company provided a shipping tracking number and it said it was delivered but nothing has been delivered. The email address for customer service is ****************************. The shipping tracking number was: BLGJ0000198134YQ.At this point, all I want is a refund of my $39.00.

    On 6/19/23, I placed an online order for 3 pairs of golf pants. They did not fit my husband so on 6/26/23, I I packaged them up and returned via ****** They were received by **************** on 6/28/23. I have been trying to get a status on this return and trying to get my refund in the amount of $242.25 to no avail. I have emailed. I have called. Ive been on hold. Ive left messages and I have emailed. I sent an email on 7/10 and received a response from ***************************** yesterday, 7/13. He stated that they have NO record of my transaction, nor do they have my name or email address in their system. I have tried calling the number that he gave me, which after being on hold for 40 minutes, was the wrong number. Ive tried *****************-873-1620;877-723-5218 and have left multiple messages with NO return phone calls.

    Placed an order for 2 packages of golf *****. ***** were sent to the wrong address. I will not be at the other address until August and do not think it is right to have to return items that were not my fault. I do not need the hassle of repackaging items and labeling boxes for a mistake I did not make. I also had to purchase golf ***** from Amazon because of the reshipment delay.
