    This has been going on for years with this company month after months attempting to scam me with their "100% free" deal to try their monthly ***** subscription for "free" and they show you it coat nothing with the discounts and other false advertising deception lies of costing you $0 until lastly they all of a sudden don't give you anything for "100% free" as they have mentioned many times in every email for 2 years now and again on all the pages on their website they make you think you will pay nothing and then randomly try to sneak in a $4.95 charge to your PayPal account!?! I am tired of this company trying to scam people with the false advertising and deceptive wording they use time after time! I have asked them multiple times through emails to stop sending me emails like this unless they are actually going to stand by their words of 100% free yet here we are again with the same scam trying to be played! I am asking for store credit from them as a way for them to stand behind their words for the past 2 years and stop with the lying and rather be up front of all costs and fees that everyone will 100% have to pay them to get anything because they have never not one time in 2 years sent me a pair for free!

    I tried out their subscription service for 1 month back in 02/2023. Didn't like the product so cancelled and never ordered again. Then all the sudden 11 months later I get charged a monthly service fee for an order I didn't place or want. I've tried reaching out to them via their website, chat options, and even their social media pages and haven't had any response back from them except the generic "we will respond back in 24 hrs" well it's been over 24 hrs. They don't have a phone number listed nor can I find one online anywhere. Very irritated because I've had no issue until I get charged for something I didn't want and they can't say it's due to being a subscription service when in a year I've never been charged. I just want my money back.

    I subscribed and bought add-ons about a month and a half almost two months ago and still have not received my order they have a tracking thing that tells you when your package is being assembled when it ships and when it should be delivered my package should have been shipped in 2 weeks prior to putting in the add-ons and subscription, the first couple times that I messaged them I got one reply and then I got ignored for about a week and a half about 3 weeks ago they told me it would ship out on Monday 2 weeks ago they told me would ship out on Friday just a couple days ago they told me it would ship out Thursday and they are now telling me that it is Easter holiday and that they have two weeks of vacation off and it will not ship yet and they are trying to charge me for these upcoming months after telling me that if I still don't receive my order they will refresh the bill date and they haven't done that yet either so they keep trying to take money off my credit card and not give me my items they are trying to scam me out of my money is what it seems like and looks like to me especially with all of the evidence given here it's lie after lie I've asked at least nine different times for an estimated or exact delivery tracking update they can't give it to me or can't answer my question and my package says that it's still being assembled it does not take over a month and a half to put one pair of ******* in a package and ship it out I got charged $15 for the subscription Plus for the add-ons that I bought as well which were $15 each I should have three items coming and they are still being assembled somehow as in they're still putting the box together they are three pairs of ******* that you put into a box how does it take over a month and a half for it to still be assembled I was supposed to receive my package March 28th it is now April 19th and excuse after excuse I've asked for a refund they ignore me they have an offer to make it right in any way

    On June 28 I was charged for a subscription by Heavenpanty. It was for the month of July. I never received the subscription and when I emailed them all they would say is they would give me **************************************************************************************** refund my money when it clearly shows they never shipped anything to me in July. But they charged me. The charge was $10.00.
